Received a call in afternoon from the Dr following talking to reception in the morning, was given an appointment that afternoon as considered urgent, Dr wanted me to be seen urgently by Eye Consultant and received a telephone call on way home with appointment at Hospital that evening. Was seen by Consultant about 7.15pm who carried out a procedure and given specialist cream to use every day and advised the Eye clinic would contact me in a week's time. Brilliant, thank you NHS for the excellent treatment

The quick telephonic response was kind, compassionate and efficient. Getting an appointment was quick and straightforward. The sign in was easy. The wait was short and comfortable. The doctor was kind, sympathetic, with good eye contact and careful decisions. I felt ‘heard’, ‘seen’ and ‘understood’. The whole experience at my new doctor’s practice was professional, seamless, efficient and quite frankly, excellent. Well done and thank you ever so much for the wonderful service you provide. Exemplary.

Got a non emergency app.with doctor ..the same day ,the reception staff were so professional and helpful …I can hardly believe how it made me feel …so safe somehow .The doctor was so approachable and kind .I had to have lots of various dealings with this practice last year and they are just wonderful ….,in fact I could go on and on but I just hope all the staff give themselves a massive pat on the back ..I hear dreadful stories from patients of other surgeries …some I take with a pinch of salt ..but feel grateful I am with park practice and lucky enough to have dealings with some of the most caring professionals ever ….well done and a genuine thankyou

Made appointment on line when request came from surgery. Was able to do on app and husband made his for same time. Great experience friendly helpful staff really well organised as usual.

Attended the surgery Saturday morning 23rd of September for annual flu jab with my wife, we was a bit early for our appointment time, but was ushered in straight away and given the jab. There was plenty of staff there to guide you to the right room. It was so well managed that we were out .within a few minutes. they are this efficient with surgery visits as well.

Receptionists are always pleasant and efficient. My doctor is amazing. Kind, thoughtful and always prepared to listen. Nurses always efficient and kind. I have never had a bad experience. Very caring doctor for end of life for my husband. Always a calm atmosphere in front, regardless of what goes in behind the scenes! First class system for ‘flu jab’. too.

Very welcoming, very efficient, in and out in with no waiting, couldn’t have wished for it to have been better, but then it has always been like this since my wife and I joined this surgery!
