Went for a flu jab, it was very well organised, friendly and efficient.There were plenty of staff on hand to help and advise. I was very impressed with the way they directed the elderly and infirm to a different queue, and advised all clients about steps and/or uneven paths. There were enough vaccine staff there to make the trip very quick and easy. Well done to everyone.

I turned up for my yearly flu jab & all the staff were very professional approachable & friendly & the lady who gave me my jab gave me the best injection I’ve ever had I literally didn’t feel it.

I'm having chemo at the moment and need urgent but short notice blood tests. I called the surgery needing my urgent blood test and there wasn't anything available, but the receptionist spoke to her manager, and they booked an urgent bt appointment for me. I am always so grateful to my surgery. I would definitely recommend the surgery to anyone.

People are always quick at complaining about services, but thankyou's are very rare! So l would like to give a big shout out to the surgery. I have got cancer and need so many appointments for my blood tests, plus l'm diabetic, which also means more blood tests. My Doctor is so caring and always listen to my problems and has literally saved my life due to sepsis, saw that l needed help with my anxiety and depression, the nurses and HCA's are lovely and kind. They apologise when they find it difficult to take my blood. The reception staff always help if they find it difficult to book an appointment. I am very, very grateful to all who work at Park Practice, thankyou so much for being you. The HCA who took my blood this morning is great! Keep up the brilliant work you do. Tracey Hibbett

Pre-arranged Flu' vaccine. Much like another reviewee's experience: shortish Q evaporated fairly soon. Staff on hand to direct us to next available room and to ensure we left via a separate exit, avoiding mixing with new arrivals. 'Conveyor Belt' type system worked well.

I have 4 prescription a year, which are sent directly to a pharmacy. So far this year my presciption has not been at the pharmacy twice out of three times ordered. I think this is really poor, as on both occasions I have run out of tablets, which I need to take daily.

Attended annual flu jab session. Queue of attendees moved quickly and there were several staff available to give jabs and they had obviously planned well to ensure good through flow so people going in were not getting in the way of those coming out. Very good experience. They were reminding people to also get booked in for covid jab if they had not done so already.
