    First time I have been to this practice and must say,it's great. The lady Doctor diagnosed all my symptoms and in a week I was cured. Thank you for your professional help and getting me back on my feet.

    The practitioner nurse was amazing, she knows how to do her job well. She checked me thoroughly and I got better and had a follow up appointment. Friendly and approachable. Would definitely see her again

    I had an appointment last week for my Asthma review last week. I thought the paramedic I saw was brilliant. He took the time to listen to me, and more importantly I felt listened to. He thoroughly check everything over, in regards to my asthma. He gave me recommendations for a future plan with my asthma and included my thoughts with this. I felt we made this plan together rather than being dictated to. I know it’s not often that we receive compliments, but I wanted to share this with the management team at Parkfield and highlight I’m really pleased that someone like him is part of the Parkfield team.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to say we have taken the feedback regarding the difficulties in booking appointments onboard and recently implemented an Online Triage System which is helping us offer sooner appointments. Unfortunately as this is an anonymous post I am unable to look into your concerns regarding not receiving a call from the GP but if you wish to contact me at the surgery so I can investigate this further.     Probably the worst person and the most rudest operator. I didn't catch their name, as they said it too fast. Waiting for almost 24h rs to get a call back, finally got a call back and spoken to by someone who not only didn't understand but refused to listen and spoke all over me. Asked what if that was their mum - they then told me to stop getting personal. I never swore, never commented on them, only asked what if that was their mum.... trying to get them to see where I was coming from. Threatened to cut me off - even though I wasn't rude, asked to speak to someone else, refused. Probably the worst, unsympathetic person I have ever spoken to - let's hope they don't experience the same level of bad service they gave to me. I called back - waiting 1 hr on the phone in a queue of 25, finally spoke to a lovely member of staff, who apologised on their colleague's behalf, and told me everything will be OK. 5 mins later got a call off a doctor, saying that they'd be at the nursing home the next day, as they always make a visit. I could discuss the rude operator with doctor then. Didn't feel as though the doctor had listened to me, as they thought I was my 81-year-old mum's mother - well that would be a miracle - made me laugh, but at the same time, have a feeling that the rude operator had asked the doctor to call me - however, would suggest that the management listen to the call - judge for themselves who was rude and inappropriate and would they have threatened to terminate the call?

    Parkfields Medical Centre, receives some negative reviews but my family’s experience of the surgery has been faultless. Yes, no one answers the phones at 08.00... the call back service is beneficial but, by the time you receive a call back there are no appointments. However, the doctors, health care practitioners, pharmacist and nurses are superb. Doctor Hussain is incredible. Not only has she given concern of my health she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such care for a patient. This doctor has outstanding quality of medical care. .Appointment system needs to be improved. .There should be appointments before 08.00, early evening Saturdays especially if you work. Patients have received an email: To get involved with the practice to make suggestions. Patients should get involved.

    Dear Tara Thank you for your positive feedback. I'm please to see that you are benefiting from the call back system although appreciate we may have reached appointment capacity by the time you are called. We have recently introduced Online triage to try to resolve some of the previous issues surrounding booking appointments. We do offer evening and weekend appointments at another Health & Beyond sites - Bilston Urban Village so please do ask if those appointments would be more suitable.     The reception phoned me to say doctor wants to speak to you about a ecg results but the day he should of phoned I didn’t receive any thing , now I’m trying to get hold of them to see what Is wrong , disgusting care !! I’m defo going to a different doctors !

    The Press 1 call back appointment is excellent and saves time holding on in a queue. I have always found the staff and Doctors / practitioners helpful and approachable.
