Used this for the first time yesterday afternoon. I was contacted by phone the following morning at 8am for a short consultation (3mins) and my prescription was ready for collection 30 mins later. Very impressed and will be using Klinik from now on.

I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the practice in dealing with my problem. The GP I spoke to was professional and well informed and I had confidence in her treatment plan. Don’t believe everything you read in the papers about poor GP service! Thank you

Even though it’s a really busy practice you can get an appointment when you need it and the doctors and reception staff are really helpful. They offer you either telephone or face to face which is great. You can feel how busy and stretched they are but they are always polite and practical so I find it all really efficient. My old surgery was painful to deal with so this is a welcome change for our family. Thanks to the Parkside team
