I have attended a nurse in the practice, who was very professional helpful and informative? My husband has also been treated by the same nurse very recently after a knee replacement operation and found the same, she has restored my faith in the NHS

The nurse managed my general health review and explained each stage of the process and the reasoning. Was friendly and made me feel at ease. Also booked me in for my follow appointment.

Had a callback regarding exzma condition on my legs. I discussed medicine that had worked previously for me, practitioner suggested similar more appropriate cream. This worked well and showed significant improvement in my condition within 3 days.

The lady who i saw was so kind, caring and patient. She took the time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. She was very helpful and has already booked an appointment for me with the physio. Exceptional service...thank you!!

Used online consultation around 8am. Had advice on next steps by 8.45am. Visited the surgery around 9am. Was given a prescription over the phone by 2pm.

I haven’t attended the surgery for a long time however, my experience today was excellent. Although clearly under pressure, the service I received at the front desk was informative and polite. The nurse I saw was excellent - professional and kind - an excellent listener and nothing was too much trouble. I came away having booked follow up appointments and feeling encouraged about my situation. Clearly the practice is facing difficulties with availability of GP appointments and some patients were impatient and irritated. So difficult for everyone but the surgery appears to be doing its best in the challenging circumstances.

My experience relating to a health check was excellent . My observation whilst in the surgery was poor. Screens not working, elderly people coming to desk and not being able to get help with using system . Very sad to see people having to wait for next appointments to be released

If patients are not able to use the self check in screens, our reception staff are always happy to book patients in at the reception desk on their behalf. Me practitioner today was kind and smiley. She explained the reason for my visit, she took time to listen, she gave extra information that was relevant to my answers, and went beyond what was required to make me feel comfortable and welcome. What a star!
