    My appointment was booked within minutes of completing the online form and my availability was considered as part of this. The appointment took place less than 24hrs after requesting too. My appointment was on time and the GP I saw was incredibly helpful, understanding and empathetic to my situation. He helped me to make an informed decision about my options and the appointment never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. A great experience.

    Once again an appointment was made for me at short notice which I really appreciated. Dealing with a Practitioner who is approachable & understanding is very reassuring. The consultation removed a level of anxiety for me. Thank you.

    I cannot express how much I felt relieved from seeing the gp at this practice. He was the first gp to actually listen to my symptoms and was very thorough with his examination. He advised exactly what I needed and got the ball rolling for a scan which I'd been trying to get for months. He also provided alternative solutions if the scan was unsuccessful. All in all I felt heard and that the gp really did care about my wellbeing. If I ever need to go again, I would definitely ask for this gp.
