    No issues booking, appointment was on time and the nurse was empathetic and reassuring. I didn't feel rushed and the nurse listened to my history.

    The nurse was so helpful when I spoke to her about my concerns sort appointments out for me and then was back in touch when results came in . Fantastic can not fault the service I have received.

    I saw the doctor today and even though I have a tricky situation, he listened, asked questions and made me feel very comfortable. He told me exactly what had been ruled out and then told me what he thought it was and asked how I would like to proceed after telling me the options. I went away very happy.

    I was suffering from a chest infection/flu symptoms over the Christmas period. If I had believed everything I read on social media, I would not have contacted Patford House as I was led to believe that treatment is very hard to come by and the waiting time for answers to phone calls is ridiculously long. However, once I received my prompt 'call-back' from the surgery, I was promised a phone call from a clinician shortly. The phone call was received within 15 minutes. The clinician asked me some questions regarding my symptoms, and I was prescribed antibiotics, which they informed me could be picked up at 2pm that day. I was delighted with the swift action taken by the practice and my chest infection cleared up in due course. I shall not believe everything I read on social media in the future!
