    We're going on holiday soon and needed to arrange a set of vaccinations. A phone call (bit of a wait but nothing too onerous), a questionnaire and a telephone appointment later and we have a date and time for those jabs. All done on the space of a couple of weeks.

    I've just had my annual medication review over the phone. It was all as expected, they called when they said they would. My only criticism is that the doctor had me on hands-free (speaker phine). I have pretty good hearing, but struggled to make out what was being asked as it was echoing. Someone with hearing difficulties would have no chance if they were on hands-free.

    I saw a practice doctor and she was fully aware of my medical history and was very helpful. It felt very much that I was receiving personal attention.

    Contacted surgery through the "Patchs" app and arranged call back. My request was confirmed quickly and a time slot for the call was given. Contacted by Practise Clinician, within the given time slot, who diagnosed my problem and speedily and clearly dealt with it. Great service.

    I got an appointment pretty quick from booking, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment when inside, the doctor was lovely and I felt like she cared about me and the issues I was having and she explained everything very well and I felt cared for and like I mattered
