I spoke to a receptionist at the surgery who was very helpful and polite, I then received a telephone call from my GP , rather than going to the surgery, which was extremely helpful to me and saved the surgery time, the GP was very helpful, and I had a positive outcome.

System online didn't have the newly prescribed drugs required after leaving hospital. I requested a call back around 11am which was followed up quickly. I was promised a clinician would call me and received a text confirming the times they would call between (16.15-17.15). The call was timely and the clinician very helpful. I didn't feel rushed and was happy with the experience.

It was my first time visiting after joining last year. My Dr was patient and kind taking time to talk through all and explain all with me. Also sent me links that I needed.

Booking is usually a problem and using Patches does not allow flexibility but seeing the doctor he gave a full allocation of time covering all points raised. Time did not allow for further queries to be discussed

I have been told a remote consultation has been booked, still waiting for phone call , this questionnaire is a bit premature.

Had a smear test the nurse was very friendly and gentle, put me at ease and very professional. It was nice to go in on a Saturday when it was quiet. Thank you Patford House 😃

As a family that don’t often need to see the GP, my husband, son and I have all needed to book an appointment over the last 3 weeks. We managed to get an appointment in a timely manner and have been happy with the care received.

It has taken 10 weeks since first symptons to get a diagnosis. GP I saw was very thorough in explaining my condition and how we go forward from here.
