I seem to have lost my original review. I asked for an urgent appointment yesterday was told by receptionist the booking team would receive the request. I hadn't heard anything and later phoned 111 they phoned me back and the doctor phoned me as I was talking to them. She told me go to the surgery and I did. She prescribed medication and i collected part of It from boots last night. I've collected the rest today. The young lady was friendly and efficient considering I feel muzzy headed and slightly confused she was very considerate and i was worried that imay have cellulitus and/or sepsis. I collected the rest of.my prescription this afternoon. I hope the same doctor will phone me when able to check my progress. Thank you for your help so far.

Was contacted yesterday. I collected prescription this morning from Northlands. Have started taking the Flucloxacillin and using Daktacort ht cream. Have yet to collect white soft paraffin solid.

The nurses that dealt with me were very warm and friendly and very professional, they dealt with my needs and arranged my follow up checks really quickly

Sometimes you go to the doctor and feel they just don't listen to you or your concern. This doctor paid attention to my needs and not only prescribed a medicine for me but also suggested an over the counter Ibuprofen cream which has helped enormously. I didn't know such thing existed but it has really helped!

I received a phone call from the GP. The time of the call was uncertain so you need to be pending of the phone in order to not miss the call. Then the line was really bad. There were so many interferences on the sound. Also I was asked to get my blood pressure reading by myself and report the results to the GP. For this type of consultations I find extremely unpractical to have this service by a phone call

Very good practice they look after you very very well it was a phone call conversation with a specialist nurse about diabetes and the lady was very very helpful and we discussed discuss quite a lot of things and came to an an agreement to increase my medication.agreement to increase medication

Went into appointment on time, discussed all I needed to and got great advice. GP actually listened to me instead of just pigeon-holing me down an easy route of referral to clinics I have been referred to numerous times from previous other GP surgeries. What a refreshing change. Thank you.
