The nurse that administered my dad's B12 jab was very nice friendly efficient. We didn't have to wait long which was good as my dad has dementia and can get very agitated

.Nice reception staff and very little waiting. Not easy entrance for disabled people but the dr escorted me out at end of a very thorough consultation.

The nurse who took my blood was very considerate and listened to my recommendation for the easiest way to access a vein.

All three doctor's and reception gave me great advice actually shined light down my tunnel just made me feel I'm worth honestly could.not of asked for better No I'm fine with that they were brilliant
