I went to the surgery for an appointment with my mom, and the doctor has been really helpful regarding my health issue. The reception staff was good and cooperative

This is the third time in recently we have been in very poor health no appointments had ring 111 and go to different medical centres. Whole family is ill with viral symptoms especially coughing and vomiting.Can not get appointment with own doctor.

Dear Mr Bashir, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your experience with the surgery. We aim to provide the best possible healthcare to our patients, and offer a higher number of appointments on a weekly basis than contractually required. We have two release times for appointments, 8am for morning and 11.30 for afternoon appointments. We also offer patients to walk in at 9am on Saturdays to arrange an appointment. Once these GP appointments are fully booked, we will book patients at the pressure relief clinic, refer to a local pharmacy or direct the patient to 111, depending on the nature of the issue. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact the surgery on 01213280999 and ask to speak to the complaints manager.

my nurse is really nice , firendly and fummy i did not even feel the needle .She made my whole day . The doctors were really supportive,. No wait time

Nurse very good i have my diabetic foot check today and she gave me cream. Receptionist good. The GP Surgey i can recomment to my friends

The doctors and receptionists are kind and courteous, and was easy to make appointment to see the doctor. I would recommend Pearl Medical centre.

Reception Staff are helping me lot even though I cannot get an appointment they will refer to pharmacy or walking centre Doctor very help full , excellent nurse vongai My whole family registered here from 2011

I went to see the doctor and waited 50 minutes to See the doctors which is not good happy with it and they should be hurry up

There may be occasions where there is an emergency or where some patients take longer than the allocated 10 minute slot, which ultimately has an effect on the waiting time for the whole clinic. Over many years the Pearl medical centre has successfully provided the support needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle. At all-time the staff have shown an encouraging combination of expertise and polite modesty.I have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone seeking medical treatment.
