The staff and GPs are most helpful, very good at involving their patients. I have always been able to get an appt. My GP is the most caring and helpful GP.

they're always so friendly and helpfull, they also make the doctors visit enjoyable. In here it is easy to find someone who speaks your language as there are different ethnicity, the best part is they are always ready to help.

Dear Mirela, Thank you so much for your positive review! We always aim to provide the best service to our patients. We understand that English is not everyone's first language. We have staff members who can speak many different languages such as Arabic, Bengali, Somali, Romanian, Urdu, Tamil, Pashto etc. We also have Romanian interpreters who attend daily from 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm to help our community. Telephone interpreters are also available at all times, ensuring we do not have any language barriers. We are glad you have had a positive experience with us and hope to continue satisfying your expectations. All of our feedback is shared with our staff. Many thanks again!
