I had an issue last year. I made a complaint. For the first time in a while I emailed the surgery to make an appointment as I had agreed with them. A lovely lady called me on 02/08/2024 to arrange the appointments I had requested. She was super helpful and went out of her way to arrange two appointments on the same day for me. I was extremely grateful as being another healthcare professional means I won’t need to take time out of work. The complaint I made last year was around communication, so I congratulate the surgery on demonstrating that they act on lessons learned. Thank you Peartree Practice.

I visited the doctor today for an issue, I was also concerned previously about something, he was very understanding and professional. I felt relaxed and and safe with him and his diagnosis. The most professional and dedicated doctor I have seen. Exceptional

Annoyingly I didn’t get the reception lady’s name - but I will like most people slate doctors surgeries for poor relationships with patients, however I have had dealings with this lady on a few occasions, not only for myself but with help with my parents who both have dementia - and I’d like to say a massive thank you to her for not being the stereo typical receptionist.

Everytime I speak to this lady. I’m unsure of name, but I rang chessel practice at 4:30pm on the 11/07/2024 she is so kind and helpful and understanding…. Never rude! I can imagine what a stressful job it can be on the phone to patients all day and for this lady to answer and be so happy and helpful is lovely. Always amazing service!

The receptionist from the start to finish of my experience was incredibly friendly and helped squeeze me in very last minute which I really appreciated. Incredible telephone manner from herself. Once at the surgery (same day) I overheard other people complimenting the staff mentioning how quickly they were seen to and everyone seemed to have left happy. In my appointment my doctor was so efficient and explained everything to me to put myself at ease. I cannot emphasise enough how friendly and kind-hearted he was. At the end of my appointment while I was booking for my next one, the very same receptionist very kindly offered me some personal advice for my condition which was so lovely. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Receptionist was very helpful, polite and efficient. I am not keen on this review criteria.. First of all I had to change it to a specific event- not just my general opinion... then I needed to add more characters............

Very friendly reception staff, made to feel at ease and set up my appointment without issue. Very used to being fobbed off or rushed off the phone at other practices but this couldn’t have been further from it.

Called to inquire about a sick note. Currently having chemotherapy for breast cancer spoke to receptionist who was extremely helpful and caring arranged an appointment for GP to call next day. Polite professional friendly receptionist. This is not a surprise as I find them always to be helpful and understanding.
