He listened to me very throughly and prescribed what I need He wrote the sick note for me that I asked and told me back in month if still you have pain and itchy

Having had difficulty the previous day in getting an appointment, I managed to get one yesterday. GP listened to what I had to say and prescribed medication accordingly. Found appointment very helpful and prompt

Good consultation with the physiotherapist . Friendly , informal , relaxed atmosphere. Thorough assessment of my problem including physical examination. Good discussion of plan ahead . Impressive professional approach to the whole consultation.

Already gave my feedback re-appt. with practice nurse at 11:20am on 12 Nov'24 at 39 Penshurst surgery, on the automated request. She conducted the meeting professionally, answering my queries and concerns thoroughly and relevant knowledge. She was very patient and preserved to ensure I understood all she had to say. She also went out of her to give me additional help with medical issues slightly deviated from the purpose of my visit (COPD). The practice nurse was courteous to arrange a call back in 4 weeks time to check on my condition. In short She was thorough, knowledgeable on subject of concern, helpful and eager and felt me at ease at all times and was pleasant throughout my appointment. In fact throughout the 39 years of my experience with this surgery, this nurse has been always helpful and professional and even on one occasion she went out of her way to resolve a matter by talking to District nurse on my behalf. If there was a reward for nurse of the year or century to put forward, then certainly she deserves to be recommended. I am sure all the patients who have known her for long time would totally agree with me.

Excellent. Blood test, blood pressures taken, includes urine sample taken, and medication review. I was able to discuss my health conditions, review of my medication and clarify suitability.

This is not a Same Day appointment. Appointment booked more than a week ago by phone to the reception. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and talks up to the point. I felt no tense pressure communicating with her. Good doctor.

I visited the Penshurst Hardens surgery today to meet the pharmacist to get my flu jab and blood tests. He was very kind and caring and explained the whole process and diagnosed problems with our own blood pressure machine.

Being a cancer patient and having had so much going on with my body, I have to say Penshurst Gardens Surgery are amazing. I saw the main GP, who made me feel my time and concerns were important. He listened with no judgement and went through everything with me to make sure I knew my options and how he could help. I actually felt like a person and not a number. I left feeling validated and heard and I can't thank him and the practice enough!
