My appointment was at 10:30 am yesterday, Monday the 2nd of December, a face to face consultation. My health issue was discussed thoroughly and professionally. I felt at complete ease and the conversation was dealt in a pleasant manner. The follow up procedure was discussed with me and I completely understood what to expect, following which a plan of my issue will be discussed after my blood tests. I am very happy and greatful to be a patient of this overwhelmingly great surgery and in particular of the doctor with whom I had this consultation. May the doctor and indeed other doctors of this wonderful surgery keep up its good reputation.

The Reception Staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I only had to wait 10 minutes to see the doctor. He was so kind and understanding, listened to what I had to say and then gave me the appropriate prescription/referral. I felt totally supported and heard.

Good consultation with the physiotherapist . Friendly , informal , relaxed atmosphere. Thorough assessment of my problem including physical examination. Good discussion of plan ahead . Impressive professional approach to the whole consultation.

Already gave my feedback re-appt. with practice nurse at 11:20am on 12 Nov'24 at 39 Penshurst surgery, on the automated request. She conducted the meeting professionally, answering my queries and concerns thoroughly and relevant knowledge. She was very patient and preserved to ensure I understood all she had to say. She also went out of her to give me additional help with medical issues slightly deviated from the purpose of my visit (COPD). The practice nurse was courteous to arrange a call back in 4 weeks time to check on my condition. In short She was thorough, knowledgeable on subject of concern, helpful and eager and felt me at ease at all times and was pleasant throughout my appointment. In fact throughout the 39 years of my experience with this surgery, this nurse has been always helpful and professional and even on one occasion she went out of her way to resolve a matter by talking to District nurse on my behalf. If there was a reward for nurse of the year or century to put forward, then certainly she deserves to be recommended. I am sure all the patients who have known her for long time would totally agree with me.
