I have been with this surgery more years than I would like to remember, they have always been polite, respectful and above all very helpful. This last visit was was all of the above and more from the lovely receptionist, to the practice nurse and the amazing doctor who took his time to fully explain what I needed to do and I felt I had time to ask questions not on a conveyor belt in and out. Thank you all so much and please don't change or join one of those medical groups, you are doing just perfect just the way you are.

I couldn’t be more thankful and pleased with the care I receive from all the staff at Peverell Park. At 35 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I turned up at the surgery and got a bit upset - the loveliest receptionist greeted me so compassionately and helped me to deal with the stress I was feeling. I then received a phone call from one of the medical staff within the next hour who sorted out everything I needed very quickly. I am continually impressed with their compassion for their patients, speed in which they process online enquiries and how quickly I can get appointments when needed. Thank you to you all.

Easy to make appointments. Blood test results are telephoned through to let me know the results. A request for talking to doctor is activated within same day. This surgery identified a heart problem where my previous surgery wouldn't even see me. I feel that I am in safe hands.

We came to Plymouth to dog sit for a friend, only for my husband to come down with Covid- which in turn triggered a very painful bout of trigeminal neuralgia. I phoned the surgery to ask for help. The receptionist was incredibly kind and caring, and helped me to fill in the necessary temporary resident forms. That same afternoon the doctor phoned my husband and organised painkillers for him- again very caring and efficient. Would really like to say thank you to everyone!

This surgery has excellent practices in place. Staff are professional and caring. Appointments although initially via telephone are dealt with appropriately and if necessary face-to-face appointments given. Wonderful Practice!

Had ECG and nurse was excellent completing test professionally and quickly also answering concerns i had. Was a pleasure to be given straight and honest answers to everything i asked about. Unsure about still having to wear mask and when leaving another patient was approaching with a doctor and reaction was as if i was a lepor. Try to keep it real.

This practice is exactly how I consider a GP practice should be. Calls are returned, appointments are available in good time - sometimes the same day. The staff all have a great attitude and you don’t feel as if you are being ‘processed’ but listened to and treated with respect. Revelatory compared the the practice I attended previously. We’ll done, and I hope you can continue in this way.
