All the staff at the practice, the receptionist, doctor and nurse were very polite and professional. Nothing was hurried and all questions were answered. I would like to thank Peverell Park Surgery for their help and support.

So my partner put in an econsault as there had been a few issues going on with my long term conditions, I had a call within 24 hours and an appointment booked for today, I had never met this particular doctor before but wanted to say a huge thank you for putting me at ease with my anxiety and helping me try to start to overcome the many issues I’m currently having. Thank you Peverell park surgery for your continued care and support 😊

Love peverell park surgery Been having a few health concerns, and anxiety issues for a while now. The drs, nurses and reception staff have been amazing. Kind, patient, and genuinely caring about how I’m feeling and doing there very best to help. From phone calls to face to face appointments, can’t fault them. Such a lovely surgery, where I feel well cared for, not rushed during appointments, treated with respect and kindness. Thank you everyone, your all doing a great job 😊

I was booked in for a cyst removal on my head. Dr and Nurse were both very welcoming, explained the procedure thoroughly and reassured me. Next steps were also explained.

The staff at Peverell Park are kind, attentive and understanding of their patients’ needs. I came in with concerns about chest pains a few weeks ago and was seen immediately; given a comprehensive breakdown of next steps; given an appointment for all the requisite tests to be taken; and treated with kindness and respect throughout. Bravo.

I have been with Peverell Park Surgery for many years and have always found them to be very attentive and helpful. These days it’s easy to criticise but credit where credit is due, it’s clearly a well run and efficient Surgery. Well done & keep it up!

I phoned the surgery at about 4.00pm, by 4.40 a Dr had phoned me back, and slightly concerned made a follow up appointment in person at 5.20 the same day! I have always found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The service they give is outstanding. Often if I require help, a Doctor will get back to me within a couple of hours and if the Doctor is concerned, they will see me the same day. They never try and fob you off and always show genuine concern for my well being. The reception staff are also marvellous, genuinely trying to help you. In addition the nurses are exceptional. In summary, a very professionally run surgery to the highest standards with staff genuinely wanting to help you.

My elderly mum was recently in crisis and the response from the surgery has been exceptional . She rang last Friday and had GP advice within a couple of hours . Unfortunately she deteriorated and I submitted an online query the following Monday and she was called back within 2 hours and a GP visited shortly after . We needed more help the next day and when we phoned, the receptionist was extremely kind and supportive and a GP called back that afternoon . Admission was arranged and a nurse practitioner followed up with a call the morning after to check all was well . At all times we felt supported , listened to and on an exceptionally busy day the team were responsive . Thankyou Peverell park , knowing that you are there is so important

I registered with Peverell Park Surgery when I moved into the area last year. I have had to call the surgery several times for varying reasons since registering and each time I have never felt judged, have felt listened to and I’ve been happy with the responses. All of the receptionists, nurses and GPS I’ve spoken to have been friendly, understanding and empathetic. I can be quite anxious at times and have always had my worries acknowledged and responded to. Lastly I am aware of just how busy all of the staff are, but I have never felt rushed. Thank you to all of the Peverell Park Surgery Team, I am very grateful for your service!

We came to Plymouth to dog sit for a friend, only for my husband to come down with Covid- which in turn triggered a very painful bout of trigeminal neuralgia. I phoned the surgery to ask for help. The receptionist was incredibly kind and caring, and helped me to fill in the necessary temporary resident forms. That same afternoon the doctor phoned my husband and organised painkillers for him- again very caring and efficient. Would really like to say thank you to everyone!
