Thank you, I’m currently in London which should have been an overnight stay unfortunately my partner was admitted to hospital, ive only bought a weeks supply of my Owen medication which ran out yesterday, phone call to surgery they have sorted out script, and told me which pharmacy to collect from. Very professional and friendly. Thank you😀

For the first time in a number of years I have had a face to face consultation with a doctor. I felt comfortable and was happy with the outcome. However it felt rushed.

The prompt service and professional attitude of all at the surgery to investigate a possible TIA was a breath of fresh air at this time when the NHS is under constant pressure and criticism. Many thanks to all at Peverell Park Surgery.

I was very ill early this year. I had a nervous breakdown, also a severe chest infection which sparked off my diabetes. My GP was brilliant he really listened and helped me with lots of mental health support. Which I am using now. The diabetes team were wonderful. Teaching me that daily injections were the way to go. They check up on me still now and helped me significantly. I was having trouble with my online prescriptions and the gentleman helped me out, it was such a huge relief as I take 32 tablets daily. They have all helped me out so much for which I profusely thank them.

I’ve been with Peverell park since 2017. I have had the best care and advice from a variety of doctors and nurses. I have never had reason to complain or felt unheard. My children have always had the most amazing attentive interactions. Doctors are caring and supportive. I was well cared for during my pregnancy of my second child when I needed more specialist care. If I need an appointment I can always get one. They are so reassuring and really put their patients first.

I attended the practice for a procedure. The Dr and his assistant were very kind, professional and understanding. The Dr explained what the procedure entailed very clearly. I was very stressed when I first went in due to other issues, which I shared with the GP. He was so very kind and offered me further support if I required it. His assistant was comforting and kind.
