Very poor service. Had been trying for over a week to get an appointment with a gp. Kept being passed over. When I did eventually get a gp appointment he told me I was wasting his time and that this appointment should have been a phone call. Did not ask me any questions about the problem I came with instead spent the 10 minutes telling me that It was an inappropriate appointment and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Did not put any effort into looking at my medical history. Told me I had no history of the problem before. Then I told him the exact times I had presented. No apology was given. Had a 4 minute call with a mh nurse and was told I didn't have any problems. After not asking me about my mental health. Frankly dangerous. I left today with no follow up plan, safety net, medication or anything. The past week of trying to speak to someone has been a complete waste of time.

A quick, efficient and courteous appointment with the practice nurse for a regular blood test. Easy check in too.

I had my routine smear with the nurse. She was great - asked all the right questions, clear about the procedure, ensured I was comfortable and let me know progress of the procedure. This is a far from comfortable procedure but I felt supported and safe. I've never had a bad experience at this surgery. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all great. Thank you!

The nurse who saw me for my cervical smear was friendly and professional, putting me at ease in a situation that can otherwise be a bit daunting. Thank you!

Very lucky to be a patient at this practice. From the receptionist who took my initial call, the Doctor who I had a telephone consultation and then Doctor who saw me in person. The whole process was swift and I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process.

More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. Appears haphazard and chaotic with no clear management direction. Very disappointed as recently registered with this practice
