Very lucky to be a patient at this practice. From the receptionist who took my initial call, the Doctor who I had a telephone consultation and then Doctor who saw me in person. The whole process was swift and I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process.

More chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. Appears haphazard and chaotic with no clear management direction. Very disappointed as recently registered with this practice

I had a health scare last week, rang the surgery at 8am and I had a phone call from a doctor before 9am. I then had an appointment with a doctor at 11.15am. Couldn't ask for more, thank you.

Super easy checking in process. Very clean and spacious waiting area with masks for use if required. Very polite medical staff who are also very informative. If you have to go to a doctor's surgery then you can't do better than here.

Great communication from the start. Answering my call with a welcoming receptionist who was understanding as well as knowledgeable, sign posting to correct person. The doctor was warm and inviting, listening to my needs. Clear consultation gave me confidence in the treatment prescribed. Thank you to an amazing team.

Having had several phone calls, a hospital referral and need for follow up since, I have received exemplary care throughout. The Dr’s, nurses, pharmacist and receptionists have been thorough, kind and compassionate. Thank you.
