    Doctor got me into hospital within the hour when I had a medical emergency at home. Would certainly recommend this practice. Although it is very frustrating to book an appointment, this problem seems to be the norm for Coventry.

    I suffered bad sun burn and needed my bandage changed with the nurse, who was very caring and very knowledgable. I also met a student nurse who was also lovely and outgoing. I had a good experience and would recommend Phoenix family care. Trying to book in at 8am was stressfull for a following appointment but I received my phone appointment with the doctor the next day, who was on time and lovely. Good experience overall.

    Had to have a dressing changed on a regular basis. Nurses did an excellent job had no issue with getting appointments and having a pharmacy on site made it easy to get dressings

    It's a complete nightmare. I have a number of medical conditions including high blood pressure, and I can't even get Phoenix Family Care to refer me to the hospital because they are too busy. There is a sign on the wall outside Reception saying "Speak to Reception about......" but they refuse to open the Reception Window. I've now been told that I need a telephone appointment with a GP. "Great, what number to I dial?" . "You don't ......we'll call you!".

    I need to speak to one of my doctors at my practice. I phone on the dot of 8 am and no appointment to available . The receptionist I spoke to was bordering on rude and told me that she can’t give me an appointment if they haven’t got any and reminded me that I am one of hundreds of people phoning to get an appointment. When you have ongoing chronic health conditions this isn’t what you need! I have been with this practice in its various forms since 1962 and have never been dealt with like this before

    Really caring and professional. Pleasant manner and nothing is too much trouble. Every appointment was a kind and lovely experience and the person involved knows how to communicate well and put you at your ease.

    Visited the surgery today ~ the doctor I seen was very helpful & very reassuring. the lady's at reception were very friendly and kindly assisted me with the appointment app on the nhs. Thank you - you know who you are? All the very best Lady's. a++++ for service & professionalism.

    Trying to get an appointment is pretty much the same as buying a winning lottery ticket. Three days i have tried to make an appointment, being told you'll have to try the walk in centre is all well and good but when you find it difficult to leave the house and is in too much pain to drive.

There are other options available calling NHS 111 if the walk in was not suitable option at the time or completing a contact us form online for non-urgent medical issue and we will try our best to accommodate.     She was a lovely doctor who carried out every check possible and was very thorough with everything that she did. Amazing, and exactly what you would like to receive when visiting your GP.

    I have seen this surgery decline vastly over the years. I have just had spinal surgery, and they will not offer me an appointment. Telling me to go to the walk in centre. My surgery was 7 days ago. I am disgusted that I had to phone 111 for them to be able to help me. It is strange how the surgery can’t help me before 111 has to get in touch with them.
