    Am a poorly person am not that old but ive got all the health problems in the world. Ive been trying to order my antibiotics from last friday soo that leave me a full week to get hold of my medication they werent getting any of the email to which my consultant was sending them but i got the same email on that including my GP so i was told to print out the letter and prescription and hand it in person to which i did i rang back later on the afternoon to get an update i spoke to a girl am trying to explain to her my problem that this medication i take every mon weds and friday i dont have non for today her tone was raised at me i told her not to use that tone as its a urgent medication i need she said to me she will try it for the following day or monday as my GP need 2 days in hand bare in mind ive been contacting them since last week. My only concern is when a patient is tell the receptionist the problem am sure she is meant to type it and let the docter respond who gave them the right to say its cant be done its not the first time ive raised a concern regarding these receptionist ive got better stuff to do than bug them on the phone

We have carried out a full review of your concern and would be more than happy to discuss this with you further if you would like to make an appointment to speak to our office manager. It is worth noting that when a secondary care consultant changes or initiates new medication they should provide the patient with 7 days medication, this allows the consultant enough time to dictate the consultation, the secretary type the letter and send it to the GP practice and enough time for the GP practice to process the letter and send to the pharmacy team to action. It would appear this did not happen, you may wish to address the fact that you were left with no medication with your consultant. We have listened to the call with our receptionist and are confident that at no time was her tone raised and that she did try to escalate your problem for you by offering a number of solutions. if you would like to discuss this matter further or listen to the calls please make an appointment to speak to our office manager. once again thank you for taking time to leave your review.

    Excellent appointment with Clincian. I had my telephone appointment dated on the 17th September at 9:45am. My Clinican has given me great advice and she has also used the Person Centred Care Approach when dealing with my queries. I feel in Healthcare using the Person Centred Care Approach is an excellent way of making a patient feel heard and that they are able to get the support that they need. She was very welcoming, she leads with care, she is also very nurturing and I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this Clinician, practice to my family and friends.

    Made a patchs recommendation. Absolutly shocking service. Received a call to explain i have been prescribed sometjing for dizziness when my issue was blocked ears. I tried asking questions and the phone just cut off. Shocking and appaling

    I rang last week in regards to a problem I’ve been dealing with, the receptionist on the phone was so lovely and patiently talked me through how to request medication online, I believe her name was masalfa (apologies if I’m wrong), the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and it seemed like a very nice practice. Perfect for the local area especially with the elderly community

    I rang on Tuesday regarding my health issues I have been having for more than a month. I wanted the doctor to read my condition as it hasn't improved but the way I was talked to wasn't the greatest as the receptionist kept saying I haven't read your history a couple times. I then said to her read my history she goes she hasn't looked at it. I didn't feel she was very helpful at all with me and then I started to feel really sad and intimiditiaded because she wasn't listening to my problem as it was going on for a long time and it was affecting my daily life. I told the receptionist someone rings the doctors for a problem which they would want it to get solved.

    I had an appointment with a young lady She was absolutely brilliant helped me with my medication. Also did my bloods and she was very gentle I didn’t feel anything. I will definitely be coming back to have my bloods done from her again.

    Had an appointment with the lovely nurse she explained everything to me not like the other nurses. she was very gentle when she did my bloods. I would definitely recommend her again.

    While the practice still has improvements to be made, I am still a patient here because of the PA who has really changed the way the practice operates. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly - very caring which is what you and family members need. If it wasn’t for the PA, I would have left the practice as a patient a very long time ago. One particular example of the excellent work by the PA recently is that I was extremely unwell and the PA sent me urgently to the A&E after which I was admitted to the hospital for a few days. The hospital said it was a good job I had arrived when I did. Forever grateful for the PA. Keep up the excellent work!!

    Had a flu virus and I was seen by aGP on the day I called in. My prescription was available at my pharmacy by the time I returned home. My plaudits to both the clinical and managerial staff members.

    I asked to see the Dr and was given an app with him as per my request even though he was fully booked! As always I received great service from the Dr and if a referral is needed it’s done with immediate effect… 5* service
