Able to get a same day appointment with no problems or intrusive questioning. Then was seen quickly and efficiently.

I have been very ill for a long time and have had major surgery with three days in intensive care afterward. Since I have been in and out of hospital. I would like to thank all the everyone at Pinhoe Surgery, Receptionists, Nurses (especially the nurse who has been giving me weekly blood tests for over a year, these are now two weekly), the Community Nurses who looked after me for four month at home and especially my Doctor who had been in contact with me weekly for several months and then as and when needed. I think you are all wonderful and appreciate the care you have and are continuing to give me. Thanks again

I have recently moved to this surgery. I had an appointment with the gp and a nurse, both were on time, extremely thorough, professional and caring. Excellent patient care.

I took my 86 mother for an examination which she was very anxious about. The GP we saw was so good with her, helpful, carefully explained everything and put her mind at rest. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Great to take my son to a weekend flu immunisation clinic . Greeted with a smile, efficiently run so we were straight in and out. Fantastic.

Today we had my sons first flu vaccine. The surgery was welcoming and we didn’t have to wait, we were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us into a room, where a lovely man talked us through the nasal spray and quickly administered it to our son, Offering him a sticker at the end. All very quick and smooth which is just what you want when you have a child, no waiting and no messing around. Very pleased

My young son attended for his flu vaccine and the staff were so friendly and made him feel at ease with bubbles and teddies and a little chocolate treat and some drawing activities. This helped greatly and didn’t go unnoticed.

Arrived for my son’s flu vaccine this morning 10 mins early - went straight into to see a doctor who explained everything clearly to me and any after effects to look out for and what to do if they happen. Instantly put at ease and back out the door within 5 mins. Absolutely could not fault this surgery.

The flu clinic has been great this year. Really made it child friendly. Cocomelon on the tv, colouring for the kids, nurses prepped with stickers. The whole thing ran smoothly and we didn’t wait to go in to have the jab, staff were friendly and welcoming.
