A life-threatening medical event was identified by surgery doctors and they combined with the 111 service (who phoned me at 5 am on a Saturday to tell me to go to hospital). Surgery followed up with text contact Sunday evening. Hospital treatment brought problem under control. Appointment arranged with Dr on Wednesday. Couldn't have had better care. I would (actually, do) trust this surgery with my life!

I put my meds in on Wednesday and they weren't ready Friday (3 working days) rang nothing they could do the doctor in the afternoon can't write prescriptions???I was told to ring chemist to ask them to give me my meds to tide me over the weekend, they was horrified and told me to ring 111 which I did which allowed me to get my meds. Its just a shame the reception staff don't know this procedure!!!

I have had 2 recent consultations with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Plas Menai Surgery; on both occasions I have felt listened to and have had my needs addressed in a caring, compassionate and professional manner. I also saw the physiotherapist and was very impressed with the quality of care I received. Both practitioners are very knowledgeable and patient in their approach. The whole team at Plas Menai Surgery are excellent and offer a high standard of care. I have been a patient here for ten years and the care has been consistently good.

Was seen on time; reception staff professional were polite. Nurse is friendly, polite and professional. Surgery was very clean. And staff were very helpful, always trying to help.

The practice nurse immediately put me at ease before my shingles vaccination and answered my questions with regards to a recent surgery clearly and with understanding of my concerns. Her friendly personality went along way to reassure me.

Due to persistent pain in the knee 3 weeks ago I called the reception who offered me an appt on the same day to see a gp. At the doctors suggestion I attended the local hospital for an X-ray. I was recalled within in a few days to discuss further management and have been referred for physiotherapy. I was really pleased with the outcome and prompt actions by reception staff and gp.

Seen same day and wonderful staff from Clinicians to admin. I have never had a problem seeing a doctor or nurse if it's an urgent reason. Been with this practice for 40 years.
