No wonder there are massive queues at the hospital when you can't get through on the phone. 57 minutes to get from 13 in the queue to 3. Unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback You are right this is not our usual level of service, unfortunately a system update that happened yesterday and caused a number of PC and Telephone issue for us which we found out just now is a National issue now. We are extremely sorry for the level of service you received due to this.

I called to make an appointment, I was given one for two days time. The receptionist rang the same evening and explained that a doctor was needed for my problem so I was given a appointment for the next morning . Simply brilliant thank you all for your care.

Waited 50 mins to get through to reception because I wasn’t able to book an appointment through engage online. Was asked to call back 20 mins later (after the 50 min wait) as appointments couldn’t be allocated until after 1pm. After requesting a call back I have an appointment with a student doctor in 10 days time. This is not acceptable. Asked to speak to the Practice manager (on holidays), reception supervisor at lunch and didn’t call me after a request to do so. My friends and family receive better service elsewhere in Dunstable so looking to move practice

Your lovely receptionist recently helped me when a prescription had been wrongly ordered via the Appliance Company for my 90 yr old husband's stoma items. Realising these were needed very urgently she kindly rallied round and sorted everything out for us. So polite, so helpful and so appreciated. A big thank you for all your help!

The GP who has been treating me for my conditions is wonderful. I really feel listened to and I have every confidence in them. I would like to mention them by name but unfortunately can’t but I would like to say a huge thank you!

I've recently been investigated for a few medical issues, some quite worrying. Both GPs and the nursing team have been fantastic, keeping me calm and informed. They've made a trying time so much easier and continue to help and support me. Admin staff are consistently great, keeping me updated of all my different appointments.

Requested a copy of a report for a particular problem through the secretarial service. Firstly, simple to get through on phone, and secondly, report link sent to me within 10 mins by SMS. Printed off at home. All done and dusted within 15 minutes. Superb service.
