As a T1 Diabetic, I have just had my annual Diabetic Review. The Diabetic team are all so friendly and very competent. They had clearly researched my previous notes and this ensured their advice was well-informed. Thank you.

Myself, husband and elderly parents have been registered with PMG for many years now and all have found PMG staff to be very helpful, friendly and professional, reception, admin, nurses and GPs. The most recent was kindly supporting a blue badge application for my dad. Thank you very much.

In the past my experience has been very poor however today was different I had a UTI and the GP saw me prescribed an antibiotic and was friendly and helpful I was pleasantly surprised

Very good service. Recurring issues for a long time now, where different things have been looked at which sadly haven't helped the overall condition. The doctor talked me through a comprehensive plan of action, how this will help to rule things in or indeed out . Arranged blood tests there and then and also referral requests for a scan. Issue has been getting worse, and far more frequent so this positive response, and detailed action plan really helped.

The doctor was very thorough and considerate. Had obviously fully checked my medical records and involved me in the decision regarding new medication. I was very happy and felt relieved.

I have had a complex mix of symptoms which made me very ill. Thanks to a team effort from reception, through nursing and doctors, referral to hospital for X-Rays and good diagnosis I am well on the way to recovery.

Today for the first time I used the econsult service via the PMG website. I reported my symptoms mid afternoon. Within 1 hour I had a telephone call from a GP. within 2 hours I had an appointment. The GP was brilliant giving me a very clear explanation during his diagnosis with a well explained route forward. This was the NHS at its best - well done PMG

We are very fortunate to have the PMG, It is staffed by really great Doctor's and Staff. Both myself and my my wife are patients. Having suffered a potentially very serious medical issue last year, the care and treatment that has been shown has been wonderful. I cannot thank all them enough.
