Disappointment to see a practice with a good clinical team to be let down by the rude and unprofessional admin staff. Working for the NHS myself I am appalled how I was spoken too this afternoon. Lack empathy, professionalism and basic common sense. I have no issue with the clinical staff but front of house need to be changed or at lease trained on caring, empathy and tone of voice.

We work hard to give our patients a positive experience and are disappointed we have fallen below your expectations.
