I’ve lived in different parts of Hackney for the best part of 20 years and had various GPs but I’ve been a patient at Queensbridge for around 8 years and it’s truly the best GP practice I’ve ever had. The staff are kind and attentive from the team at reception to the doctors and nurses. This month I came home from hospital after having a baby and on day 1 of bringing our newborn home we had to see a GP and within half an hour my newborn was registered at the practice and had an appointment with the GP. They really prioritise babies and children as this has been my experience with my first child too. I never want to leave this area because I don’t know if I’ll find a GP surgery as good as this one elsewhere. Thanks so much Queensbridge team!

The lady on reception today provided fantastic service, friendliness, efficiency and help when my mother was in need of an urgent appointment today. She was amazing, super friendly, understanding and also realised the level of urgency of a situation which has transpired while manning the front desk and also the phone. The Dr who saw my mother soon after was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, caring and extremely thorough. Thank you so much :-)

Had such a terrible experience with the reception staff. Mainly a woman with glasses (not the one with the long hair braids). Absolutely occupied with everything else and except the patients that come into the clinic. More interested in looking at the computer when she’s not on the phone, telling you to see her colleague, who is in the middle of a call. Patients wait in front of them like fools, redirecting you to check in the machine, even if you’re not checking in. More consideration should be given to people who can’t use or don’t want to use technology. After my appointment I needed some sample pots. And this woman starring at her computer wouldn’t assist me and told me to see her colleague who was on the phone. Stood there for a long time being ignored. I never got any help from the colleague and the initial rude woman started talking to another patient who arrived after me. Then she addressed me again asking what I need, in a very nasty tone. I said I needed some pots and she started raising her voice asking what pots for what? I find this violates the privacy of patients if everyone needs to hear what you need. Then she ordered me to come to her side when she’s the one that earlier told me to go to the other side. She continued raising her voice asking which pots. Overall very disrespectful and unprofessional woman. No need to shout at any patients. Really ruins the experience. The doctor’s consultation went very well, and it’s a shame the practice hires these receptionists, as they do not match the professionalism of the doctor.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful & patient today when she took my details on the phone, she gave me plenty of time to explain my issues and gave me clear feedback about the expected outcome

I have had nothing but help, and assistance when I've need this. With my health and or forms, letter, and understanding. I get my issues dealt with and staff are professional. One doctor in mind was so so helpful, and helped me with my forms, letter and help. Thanks very much. X Much appreciated.

I am so impressed and touched by the kindness and attention given by this practise. The reception team are so lovely, funny and thoughtful and often cheer me up. I am very grateful for the brilliant service they provide and thank the doctors and the wonderful team for the brilliant work they do in such difficult circumstances

Queensbridge practice continues to be brilliant. Reception staff are friendly, kind and efficient. Today the phone was answered really quickly and the receptionist was able to give me swift and helpful information - thank you! The doctors - and nurses - are also very kind, understanding and efficient. They give amazing service, often calling out of office hours to give test results and advice. I am very happy with all aspects of the service. Thank you!!

When I’m facing mental health issues.The Gp who treated me provided a non judgmental and compassionate support. I felt his genuinely care and has followed up and check on me. Due to his swift action I was referred and seen by crisis team. Excellent service
