    Fabulous practice. Simple to book in on arrival. Seen on time. Really nice pleasant practitioner who was extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen and advise accordingly. Thank you.

    It has taken a while to improve the system of booking an appointment with a doctor. I was impressed with the new call back system, and I managed to get an appointment for the same day. Unfortunately, the NHS app doesn't allow me access to order repeat prescriptions, make an appointment online or to review my medical records. The receptionist was really helpful in trying to sort this problem out. Hope she is successful. I have high hopes.

Patients certainly should be able to access their medical record, order repeat prescriptions online and book appointments online using the NHS app so if other patients experience similar difficulties please don't just give up but speak to our reception team who hopefully will be able to help.     Reception staff lovely, can only book appointments from 8am which they probably have to listen to people continuously complain about yet can not do anything about and remain very patient and do their best. If you do ring at 8am on dot you will be guaranteed to receive care. My GP is absolutely brilliant I always wish to see her and it’s the receptionists who make this possible. If I have a query about my health they will always try their best to look on the system and help me out. Overall I am very grateful for my GP Dr PA, she always listens to my concerns and carries out very thorough investigation which is very reassuring. Blyth are incredibly lucky to have the GPs that we have. Thank you Dr PA for being such a lovely doctor, definitely the best! Also the receptionists I’ve spoken to for being so patient and helpful.

I am pleased that you have found accessing the GP and accessing continuity of care to be manageable as lots of our patients really struggle with this. For patients who cannot make themselves free at 8am to obtain a conventional appointment we have options to submit e-consults for non-urgent problems or to go on our triage list for urgent medical need.     Thank you to each and every member of staff. I have recently had two health problems. The quality of care from everyone was second to none. From Blood tests to Hospital test all have been delivered with exceptional speed, All results have been prompt and explained to me. If I had gone privately I could not have expected or received better treatment. From the bottom of my heart thank you to all.

Our nurses work extremely hard ensuring patients with chronic diseases can access regular reviews of their condition and receive compassionate and quality care.     My son and I have been struggling with many health issues. Like many struggling with appointments and other aspects I spoke with fear to the reception staff and each one had amazing empathy and compassion, due to their ability to communication and understanding we have speedily started treatment which has had a significant and positive impact on our lives and belief there is a better future for us both. I can’t thank the reception staff enough, two staff with the names beginning with A and one particular with E have been a god send ! I’m sure they know who they are. Thank you, your actions are amazing and your efficiency has given us the support from the Gp’s. You are all amazing in the practice and I would highly recommend anyone to the surgery. Eternally greatful to the reception team and GP’s.

    The on call Paramedic to see me after work and checked my lump out in my rib cage and put me at ease and discussed potential how I had damaged my ribs and the best way to help get better, we also discussed stress and what I’ve been through this year and she offered the NHS Help lines, I would like to say there was no rushing or trying to get me out the door, very nice bed side manner 👍

    Called to find out why someone had changed my address without my knowledge as I had not moved house. The receptionist was so very rude and condensing and argumentative. I had to put a formal complaint in for her behaviour. I am in the process to move to a different doctors
