I have just registered for this practice, called to book an appointment and the receptionist refused to give me any availability. Awful service, and awful first impression.

Spoke to out of hours. 5* service. Excellent communication. Set up required tests etc. Very helpful kind interested in my problems. Doctor could not have been better

Efficient acknowledgment and action of repeat prescription requests. Polite patient, and friendly reception staff whose customer service skills go above and beyond what is expected. Would highly recommend!

Customer service that I had to was of the best it’s good to know that someone and the end of the phone know what they are doing it make you feel so comfortable

I've hardly needed to bother the practice in the last 15 years but in the last few months I have relied on their help and found the service extremely impressive. Quick, pleasant, friendly, and reassuring. I feel very lucky.
