Despite being a busy Monday morning I only waited a few minutes to get through to the receptionist. I was called back by my doctor within a couple of hours. It was a doctor I had not seen before but I was treated kindly and professionally and not rushed. Very happy

All the staff members are great and the service is very quick and responsive. I was seen they day I rang and the care I received was very good.

Following my yearly diabetes checks my test results we’re available online for me to view within hours! The whole process, from arranging the appointment and follow up, to seeing the lovely nurse and then viewing my results was very smooth and well organised.

I was in and out within 10 minutes- very friendly staff explaining everything in detail. The waiting room was empty - lovely reception staff and nurses.

A swift, understanding caring & polite practice. We are fortunate to have this practice compared to some areas. I have always been impressed with the way myself & my family have been dealt with at Riverbank. I received a telephone consultation within 45 minutes of my conversation with the receptionist. My test pack was ready that morning, my blood test was within 24hours & my results were sent to me before the following morning.

I was seen very quickly. Had blood test and ECG one day. Saw my Dr who took me seriously and immediately made me feel I would get the help I needed with the quick diagnosis. Gave me follow up appointments which was helpful.

personally for me i was in and out of hospital for a week and they couldn’t find out what was wrong and i called the doctors and they helped me a lot supported me and made me feel better.
