Obtained an appointment quickly and seen on time . Friendly GP 's and approachable . Have nothing more to add time . Still pleased that we can see a Dr fairly quickly.

Lovely quick call with receptionist Doctor called back within an hour and was in the surgery for a face to face appointment within another hour. Lovely doctor very helpful

They are accomodating, but not happy when one of the nurse taking my blood test 3 times if you could put somebody which expert of taking blood . please, it seems trying to practice my arm , its not very nice feeling that she trying to keep on moving the needle inside ,sorry first time thats bad experience. Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with a blood test. I can see that an alert has already been put on your records to say that you will be booked with the nurses next time, and a longer appointment will be given as your blood was difficult to obtain. I understand it is unpleasant and I am sorry that it made you feel that they were practicing on you, which they weren't. Together the staff take about 1000 blood samples a month so they are all very experienced, sadly some people are easier to obtain a sample from than others. I hope with the new arrangements for you your next blood test will be much more straight forward.

I was impressed with the outcome after 2 years of doctors saying no, I finally got the referral I wanted just waiting on appointment now

After phoning for an appointment I was advised to attend straight away as I needed hospital care to avoid a potentially life threatening situation. The receptionist and doctor were very helpful and caring.

Have always found this practice and all the staff to be very good, friendly and very helpful. If needed you can usually get an appointment quickly. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant nurses and Dr who not only dealt with my infected leg, but also noticed that my travel jabs were out I date so gave me those while I was there I could not ever fault the Riverbank Practice

It always seems to be easy to speak to someone and get appointments at Riverbank. I have found all the doctors and nurses I have encountered there to be friendly, attentive and communicative, and willing to make referrals when needed. The admin side of things seems to be very efficient too.
