Went along to have flu/Covid vaccs, were seen straight away even though we were early and didn’t feel a thing! It can take a while to get through on the phone (an issue with any surgery) but when you do a GP phones back very soon to discuss your problem, and then if necessary an appointment is made quite quickly, unlike experiences I’ve had with previous surgeries. A really good system.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit for your flu and covid jabs. We did over 1000 jabs during the weekend with very little waiting. We appreciate getting through on the telephone may be tricky and we did have a new system installed last year to help increase the capacity of calls we could accept. There is also the facility to send an e-consultation to save having to get through on the phone. I will pass your comments onto the staff who gave up their weekend to vaccinate our patients, it is so nice to hear it was appreciated.

Having used both the online form and phoned in, both contact methods were delt with in a timely and efficient manner. The doctor phoned me back within a couple of hours and a same day appointment was made.

As always, the practice makes booking appointments easy and are generally always on time (if not, its normally only because of an understandable priority)

Compared to other peoples problems with other health centers, I rate myself very lucky to be served by the Riverbank Health Center and always get an appointment by the following day and am treated with friendly care.

From the time the call is answered the reception staff are most helpful and friendly. My Dr is exceptional in her approach to my complicated medical history.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Can always speak to or see a doctor the same day when it is necessary. A few days if not Important.

Having quick access to GP appointments, when it is clinically necessary, is important to us, which is why we moved to a triage system a few years ago.

I recently came in with a problem and I was very impressed with how thorough I was checked over, and tests recommended. The GP was spoton with the diagnosis from the beginning and I'm now on treatment. Thank you for doing a good job and caring for your patients.

I’ve always received the very best service at Riverbank Medical Centre and have no complaints whatsoever about any of the services it provides. We are extremely fortunate in Midhurst to have a very caring team looking after our wellbeing. My ’family’ GP was consistently in service for 29 years and I was with one before that for 11. I’m feeling hopeful my new GP of the last 2 years will also stay long term as he has already shown the best qualities needed for filling the position a long standing family doctor needs. All the support staff in the medical room are incredibly kind and helpful as are the receptionists. We are also fortunate to have a good system in place for making appointments and although may need to wait a day or two to speak to our own GP or may need to call back another day for non emergencies it really does work overall. Thank you everyone at Riverbank for all that you do.
