The reception team couldn’t be more helpful or kind, every occasion I have called they have been very efficient, they always treat me with respect and compassion, sometimes I can have problems remembering words, and they have always shown me empathy and patience. I would just like to say thank you so much for making me feel completely safe in your hands x

The administration team was very kind and helpful even calling me back to check in. The advanced clinical practitioner I was reviewed by understood my complaint and was knowledgeable and supportive. He was able to arrange investigations, prescribe and offer follow up advice. Well done as a team! Thank you

I’ve been trying to register with a GP since September 2024, and after initially attempting to register with Danis Lane Medical Center, I encountered a frustrating issue. They informed me that there was a duplication issue with my name and advised me to contact NHS England. However, when I reached out to NHS England, they clarified that the GP needed to contact them to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Danis Lane Medical Center didn’t take any action, and they were unresponsive when I tried to follow up. Eventually, I decided to try Roby Medical Center, and I’m so glad I did! The team at Roby quickly identified the issue and resolved it within an hour. Thanks to their efficient and friendly service, I was able to complete my registration and received my NHS number. I highly recommend Roby Medical Center for their exceptional service. A special thanks to the staff, especially a particular staff(i can't mention the name as per the rule), for her incredible help!

One of the best things I have done is move me and my kids to this practice. Always have available appointments. Staff really friendly, helpful and professional just had joint injection and the gp was very patient and understanding

Joined this practice a few months ago after moving to the area. I've been hugely impressed with every aspect of their service. Friendly reception, easy to contact: they answer the phone with no, or minimal wait "on hold", respond to emails quickly and my on app prescription requests are issued within 24hrs. The GP and nurse I've had appointments with are really good. I didn't think this level of service existed anymore, Roby Medical Centre have been absolute brilliant to deal with and I'm really pleased I picked them from the options available to me when I came to the area.

Friendly and professional, good communication and efficient service. This was my first visit, only for a blood test, but they took me earlier and didn't waste time... I didn't feel rushed though.

I found the practice to be clean and welcoming. All the staff were efficient, polite and helpful. I was seen on time and each procedure was fully explained. I don’t visit the surgery very often and only go for blood tests, vaccines and yearly reviews, but I have always found the above to be true

I really cannot put into words in a short note how this practice scores 10 out of 10 as far as our whole family (12) in total plus friends and neighbours. Honestly the staff are always professional and caring but more than that friendly and charming. It is so lovely to walk in and be greeted with a smile. They always go that extra mile to sort out any problems or queries. I really cannot recommend enough. Case in point went for our flu jabs yesterday and the young lady was professional but charming and caring! Plus she made us feel that we were very welcome and it was a pleasure to help us! Gosh I really can't remember the last doctors staff making me feel anything other than an inconvenience for being there!!

Having not long moved GP’s I was hopeful that Roby Medical Centre would prove better and I have been proven right. They have so far exceeded my expectations and have been great throughout. They have so far been able to change my medications to more suitable ones, including ensuring I could access specific vaccinations that didn’t cause issues with my allergies and calling me back to administer the same day as they’d had a delivery of the correct type. Whilst sometimes a short wait is required for an appointment ( which is not unusual) I have never not been able to get one and the practice have always tried to get me the earliest available one for more urgent matters. The staff are approachable, friendly, polite, helpful and supportive.
