I attended and found the staff very thorough, professional and caring. My appointment was to schedule. I was offered follow ups appointment for bloods. I felt reassured. I can access to have bloods taken.

I sent a short message 2 months after registering with this new surgery. I wanted to enquire the best way to go about booking a hormonal blood test. The response I received was literally “once and done” the agent who handles my enquiry (via Facebook messenger (out of hours) as my day at work 8am-6pm leaves me little time to make calls) responded with an appointment for the next day. Sort of gave up on gp’s over the last few years but this support today has more than exceeded expectation. I would never expect a response outside of 9-5pm but really appreciated the help I got. I also asked for support to set up NHS app which hadn’t initially worked. Lo and behold I received a call a few hours later and we fixed it. Absolutely 10/10 where such a score is deserved. So happy with the service I have had. Thanks Roby Medical Centre ❤️

I attended the practice yesterday to see a doctor for a complex matter as a new patient. I was slightly nervous as I haven’t had the best experience at my last practice and decided to move to this practice as the best doctors from my last surgery now work here. I saw a doctor I haven’t met before and I have to say she was outstanding, she put me at ease immediately with a friendly welcoming smile and the polite and professional way she listened to me, discussed next steps with me and then followed through with me after the appointment exactly as she said she would. I feel so glad I moved to this practice, my only regret is I didn’t move sooner. I hope the practice can please pass on my sincere thanks to the doctor who I saw yesterday (I can’t put the doctors name in this review unfortunately as it isn’t allowed but I hope this does make its way back to the doctor involved). Outstanding doctor and front and back office staff!

I called the practice at 9.30am and asked for an afternoon appointment with the nurse. The friendly and polite member of staff fitted me in that day at 4.00pm. Saw the practice nurse who, as always, was friendly, helpful and reassuring. She made a referral for me and as I was driving home in my car I could hear my phone ping with a message which was confirmation that the referral had been received and was being processed. I had a hospital appointment within 3 days! When I drive to work I pass a doctor's surgery at 8.00am with a queue of patients going round the block trying to get appointments - my friends are often shocked at how quickly I can get an appointment. We are so very lucky to have such an amazing surgery with staff who always go that extra mile. Thank you to everyone at Roby Medical Centre.

Joined this surgery after not getting the best from my previous. Had a new patient appointment where they noticed my blood pressure was high, and once checking my records had been high the previous 2 occasions of having this checked from my other drs but no follow up. They arranged for me to get a 24hr ambulatory monitor fitted which was done within days. I also mentioned some other issues I had and the nurse scheduled me an appointment with the dr. I got an appointment straight away. I was then referred for a scan and referred to another consultant for further investigation. This was all within 2 weeks. Amazing service and each individual member of staff I have dealt with so far has been so friendly and patient focused.

Always friendly staff, able to get an appointment quickly, appointments are always on time, never feel rushed, always feel listened to. So important for me as someone who suffers with mental health issues, talking about issues is always hard but every staff member I’ve seen is compassionate and understanding, such a great practice

I recently joined this practice and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. The practice is exceptional in providing amazing care to its patients. In fact, I was so impressed that I even convinced my sister, who was having trouble at her previous practice, to move here as well. One of the things that stood out to me about this practice is how small and friendly it is. The staff truly listen to the patients and make them feel heard and valued. They go above and beyond to ensure that every patient's needs are met. Just last week, I needed a last-minute appointment for my little girl. I called on a Friday around 2pm and they were able to accommodate us at 5pm. This was the second time in recent weeks I've needed such a last-minute appointment, and both times they were willing to make it work. Their flexibility and willingness to help is truly commendable. It's unfortunate that the NHS often gets a lot of negative attention, but this practice deserves all the praise it can get. They are outstanding in providing care to all patients and their dedication is evident in every interaction. Before joining, I had read the reviews, and I can confidently say that they accurately reflect the exceptional care provided by this practice. Thank you, for all that you do for your patients. Your commitment to providing excellent care is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated by all your patients.

I called in at the practice yesterday to request a copy of a report. The staff were very quick to help and with a lovely friendly manner. At my previous Practice I’d have had to complete an application form at the very least! It’s so refreshing a) to feel welcome and b) to come away with what I’d gone in for. Thank you

I have never had any problems getting an appointment, they have always managed to see me. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. My only concern was the high turnover in doctors . I don't think I've ever seen the same one, more than once. Even though all are very good, it would be nice to have an allocated doctor, whom you know. But overall its a very good, well run practice.
