Very good across all disciplines. Front of office exc.Can get quick appt or phone call Much approved on previous owners Doctors and staff very good.good listeners and make good decisions Only problem not much space when it is busy

I am truly grateful to Roby Medical Practice because they got me started on my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) journey. I had been seriously struggling with perimenopausal symptoms for over a year, whilst waiting to see an NHS specialist, but met an advanced nurse practitioner who listened, sought to understand my situation and was proactive in helping me get started on the right medication. A year and a half later and I still find the practice staff equally helpful, especially because I require a specialist prescription. I have been encouraged by the increase in the number of practitioners, including a nurse with HRT experience who can more effectively help people in a similar situation to mine. I have found the communication and attitude of the staff to be excellent, whether it’s on the phone, through texts or face-to-face. Having the option of both in-person and telephone consultations is also a plus in terms of flexibility and convenience. Having attended the latest Patient Participation Group (PPG) meeting in October 2023 between the patients, practice manager and staff, it is clear to see the shared confidence the room of 50 or so patients have in the practice, especially from those who have seen the transition from the previous to the current practice manager. Of particular note is how well they handled things following an arson attack, and made things work despite having the use of a limited, temporary premises. For example, with the limitation of clinical rooms, two medical staff now cover late shifts till 8pm which is beneficial to catch those who work. I believe that the drive of the current practice manager is one of the main reasons such a great service is provided by the practice. I have no doubt that it will keep on improving in the future and hope that everyone can appreciate the positive difference they are making and rally behind them too. Thank you Roby Medical Practice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Roby Medical Centre, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I stepped into the practice, I was greeted by the warmest and most caring reception team I have ever encountered. The receptionists at Roby Medical Centre truly go above and beyond to ensure that patients feel welcome and supported. Their friendly smiles and helpful demeanor immediately put me at ease, making me feel valued as a patient. They efficiently handled the registration process and promptly answered all my questions with patience and genuine concern even giving me an appointment on the same day, just two hours after registering. The level of care provided by the reception team at Roby Medical Centre is truly commendable. They exude a sense of compassion and understanding, creating a nurturing environment for patients. It is evident that Roby Medical Centre places a great emphasis on patient satisfaction and strives to create an environment that promotes well-being, it was nice to observe the interactions between the staff and see their enjoyment for their role. You get an appointment straight away. The staff are brilliant, so friendly. Any concerns you have are dealt with immediately and you are put at ease. I am still quite new to this surgery, I made the best choice in coming here.

Recently joined this practice after trying for 3 months to get an appointment with my old practice. I joined here and it’s been great the staff are really friendly. Recently had a small procedure so didn’t feel up to going to the practice for my flu shot so they came to the house and did it for me and my wife at the same time They will go out of their way to help it’s restored my faith

Rang last week to check on some information on someone I care for as they were mixed up because of their short term memory problems. It was regarding this person's Covid and flu jabs. This person could not remember if they had receeived both. I rang, said who I was, gave the other person's date of birth etc. The young lady on the other end said "no problem I can sort that for you right now, will you just hold a moment?" Within seconds she was back abd was able to give me the information to set the cared for person, peace of mind. Asked if there was anything else they could help me with, and on saying no wished me goodbye. Absolutely first class serviced one in a prossessional and pleasant way. You really could not wish for better service.
