I joined this practice in May 2022 after being unable to get an appointment at my previous practice. Joining was really simple I got an appointment on the same day and a new patient health check. I’ve had several appointments recently some booked in advanced some needed on the day and I have always been seen in person by the doctor. The staff are very polite and professional, thank you for all your hard work and support. I would highly recommend this practice.

I feel as if I have stepped back in time and found a surgery who actually listens and acts on your problems! From the people who take your calls right up to the doctors, nurses and practice manager. They are all so welcoming and whatever service they can offer to get your problems sorted. I really have been so impressed! To be honest I was thinking at the start of 2022 of changing to a surgery closer to home however now I know I would follow them happily to keep the level of care I feel we are now receiving. It was a difficult start for them due to unforseen circumstances but they have tried and managed to keep their patients as informed as possible about what they are doing and what they are aiming for in the near future. Again I really am impressed with their care and honest. Well done to all.

I have recently joined Roby Medical Centre, on the recommendation of a friend. I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention I have ( quickly ) received. I secured a face to face appointment and long overdue relevant health checks. The practice can be well recommended. A thank you to all the staff -they have all been extremely pleasant and very professional. An efficient and very caring practice.

Recently moved to this GP surgery having moved to the area and what a breath of fresh air. The reception staff and nurses I’ve met have been warm, friendly and nothing is too much of an effort. They welcomed me in for a health assessment when joining (more than any other doctors have ever offered) and have sorted my medication issues out straight away. The whole process has been incredibly smooth and getting an appointment so far hasn’t been difficult. Thank you for all your hard work and restoring my faith.

I joined Roby as the practice were more able and prepared to offer relatively quick face to face appointments. I have been very impressed with the service I have received since joining. The practice has fulfilled its obligations in every way. I can highly recommend this practice.
