You get an appointment straight away. The staff are brilliant, so friendly. Any concerns you have are dealt with immediately and you are put at ease. I am still quite new to this surgery, I made the best choice in coming here.

Recently joined this practice after trying for 3 months to get an appointment with my old practice. I joined here and it’s been great the staff are really friendly. Recently had a small procedure so didn’t feel up to going to the practice for my flu shot so they came to the house and did it for me and my wife at the same time They will go out of their way to help it’s restored my faith

Rang last week to check on some information on someone I care for as they were mixed up because of their short term memory problems. It was regarding this person's Covid and flu jabs. This person could not remember if they had receeived both. I rang, said who I was, gave the other person's date of birth etc. The young lady on the other end said "no problem I can sort that for you right now, will you just hold a moment?" Within seconds she was back abd was able to give me the information to set the cared for person, peace of mind. Asked if there was anything else they could help me with, and on saying no wished me goodbye. Absolutely first class serviced one in a prossessional and pleasant way. You really could not wish for better service.

Dr was really lovely very helpful and could ask her questions on more than one problem all in one appointment, where as my last GP surgery could only have 5 min appointments and discuss one thing

I am away from home at present on holiday however I have been able to contact our surgery with a request to see a doctor which I have been told I need. We return Sunday and I have an appointment with a doctor for the following day!! This is just like going back in time to when your local GP knew you and all your family and we're interested and concerned for your health and welfare!

Recently moved to this practice and so far I have nothing but praise. Staff are polite and friendly, which is a big bonus. My first appointment (health check) included seeing GP was within two days of changing to them. Bloods were taken at the surgery so no booking online and waiting for a appointment (two weeks on average) I have heard people say they are frightened of jumping out of the frying pan into the fire, I can only say so far so good. Keep up the good work 😀

My daughter is a patient of the clinic, and had previously been referred onto the Asd pathway aged six (back in 2016). She was discharged as the clinician did not consider her anxiety and Ocd to be due to an Nd condition. We moved house and changed area ahead of the transition to high school and our very first appointment at the clinic involved a request for re referral. My daughter was massively struggling with the transition to secondary and had become increasingly anxious and rigid in her thought processes. It has been a very difficult eighteen months, culminating in school refusal from Feb onwards. During this time, the clinical team have supported referrals to Asd Pathway, Adhd pathway, Occupational Therapy teams, Ypas and Camhs. Your Drs have treated my daughter, and myself, with kindness, respect and understanding of how difficult the situation is at present. Your admin teams have assisted with referrals (no easy task given the systems were not always compatible with those of the clinics), obtaining confirmations, providing clarity and evidence on referral dates, obtaining previous medical records and reports - all of which was needed to support the process. My daughter received a diagnosis of Asd last night - a diagnosis which has come as no surprise to our family but will now help me to help build my daughter back up, and to hopefully access the support she needs to re-engage with education and with her social life. I really can't thank you all enough and an email certainly doesn't do it justice, but please let the whole team know that the work they are doing is very much appreciated.

I have been in the practice most of my life under different doctors but this administration has turned the practice into the 21st century under difficult times for the NHS and made the practice one of the best in Knowsley The reception staff are polite and are always helpful you are always get a appointment within 24hrs medical staff are always caring and helpful for you to get the treatment you require The admin staff are always looking at ways to provide the best service for their patients The admin staff got off to a bad start with the fire and break in and had to find new premises under great difficulty .They must be congratulated for their endeavour and I for one are happy to call this my practice Thankyou for all your endeavour

I visited to sign up to the practice. Was interviewed by two nurses. They were friendly and welcoming. The practice staff also made me feel very welcome and relaxed. I was called into a Doctor's office. She was young and welcoming as well.Shevasked if I had any medical worries. I told her I had been sent to have my back checked and the results were sent to my last GP who said I had problems all down my spine and I should see a consultant. I told him we were planning to move to Liverpool He said he would hold to plan untill I had moved to a new GPs practice and he would arrange for them to do the plan. She then said she would contact the GP and do the arranging. She has done so and I have an appointment on the 8th of August.
