Saw doctor and nurse today for health check and appt with doctor very satisfied with the treatment I received from both. Its good to be with a practice that gives such an excellent service from reception, and medical staff. Thoroughly recommend this great practice

I have recently moved GP surgeries along with my 2 daughters to Roby medical Centre. I phoned yesterday and was offered an appt today for my daughter, we was seen on time by a lovely practitioner (sorry i didnt catch her name), lovely bedside manner and put my daughter at ease, prescribed medication and offered really good advice too. Was then told we would receive a call next week to see how my daughter is getting on and if medication is working ok. I am so happy we moved practices and can't praise the staff in Roby Medical Centre enough. Well Done x

This practice is run very efficiently with friendly welcome staff. Always helpful and polite. Each time I have visited I feel listened to by all the practice staff and action is taken immediately to a very high standard. All questions answered and resolved on each visit with care and efficiency. Thank you.

They listen to their patients. You can actually get to see a Doctor. The receptionist are so welcoming and friendly. Also when you phone, you are not kept waiting and are seen to straight away.

The Roby Medical practice under extreme difficulties have been excellent informing patients regularly on their ongoing problems I would also like to praise the medical staff for their care and professional way they carry out their duties

I’ve seen many changes in the practice since the changes of owners however the changes are refreshing and exactly what is needed in the NHS. All the staff are caring and kind and nothing seems to be too much for this practice. Service really is delivered with a smile and it’s genuine
