  1. Review titled Great GP practice for babies and young children

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Naomi - Posted on 11 July 2024

I took my baby who was recently sick with vomiting spells to see our usual GP who has a particular interest in pediatrics. As always, the doctor was reassuring, provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan, and was very kind and gentle. The administrative staff were quick to respond and book the appointment.

  2. Review titled Brilliant practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Saw a DR about a sensitive subject. He made me feel very comfortable under the circumstances, and was very thorough. I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated .I would recommend the DR and the surgery practice to anyone if asked for my opinion.

  3. Review titled Roman Way, Laycock Street

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Through receptionist in the morning GP rang late afternoon, GP was polite and from records a couple of years back was able to support me with my request for repeat medication and make a second referral to attend Dermatology at Whittington Hospital. I was advised that there would be a wait longer than the initial appointment I had which was fine with me. Meanwhile I was given a repeat meds for one of the creams requested as the other could only be prescribed by a dermatologist. The consultation was a good one with information conveyed to me in a manner that was understood. Request dealt with by GP was very professional.

  4. Review titled Hard to get actions even after a 111 call

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 June 2024

After a 111 call I was told that I could go and do a blood test the next day. I called them in the morning and they said they need to get a form ready and then i will need to call a number once the form is ready. I waited a few hours and called again because I did get the notice that the form is ready. They then told me that no one was around to fill the form and soonest it can happen will be in 2 day!!! So it means either go to A and E if you feel unwell (or stay home and hope for the best)

Great surgery, The Dr I saw today has the most amazing sense of humour and a great bedside manner. He really knows his stuff and gives you a straight up diagnosis with Internet description and photos.

  8. Review titled Efficient service

Rated 4 stars out of 5

    by Sara G - Posted on 03 June 2024

It was my first time at the surgery and although my consultation was quite straightforward, I found all the process very efficient and quick. From the phone call to book an appointment to the appointment itself, all was smooth and appropriate.

  9. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Basma - Posted on 17 June 2024

I have always contact the GP and get an appointment on the following day. The receptionists are very approachable and friendly. My son was in pain and the doctor requested all the tests which are required to diagnose his health condition. Even though he referred my son to a specialist for more investigation.

  10. Review titled Good at accessibility and interacting with patients

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Emanuel - Posted on 18 June 2024

We were dilighted to find an Audio and Visual announcement system, which can help the Disabled and elderly community who suffer from vision and hearing loss. Apart from that the receptionist was very helpful accommodating. The last and not least the Doctor initials are “kk” is Always helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work and continue to increase accessibility the way you are. A big thank you and congratulations!!
