In my experience,l have the reception staff helpful and friendly.The doctor l saw was helpful and listened to what l had to say and offered was e plained to me, so that l u understood.

Rude, incompetent and belligerent receptionists tried to do their best to dissuade me from seeing a doctor, despite suffering from a serious infection. The Doctor was great though. 2 out of 10

Missed phone calls with no message, asked to turn up for blood tests without providing the paperwork. Submitted an E-consult and did not hear back after the due date. Impossible to get through by phone, on hold for 30 minutes then the phone line went dead. I’m moving to another practice.

This was my first time in a GP appointment, and I had a great experience. The doctor was very kind and allowed to explain my medical history and symptoms in detail, without rushing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided some much needed information regarding how the UK’s healthcare system works. I am very thankful.

They are very good, I've never had an issue. They are attentive and caring if you end up needing their help and support. They will go above and beyond to keep patients satisfied.
