My son filled in an econsult form at 515pm. By 530pm the same day, he received a telephone call from the doctor asking him to come straight in for an appointment. Great service, very efficient and so effortless!

Every member of staff including the doctors are extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Nothing is ever too much for them to help you with anything. They deserve recognition

My blood test with the nurse was undertaken in a friendly environment. The nurse was efficient and experienced. I didn’t have to wait long either. First class.

I unfortunately suffered an allergic reaction a few days prior to my wedding day and Rothschild House went above and beyond at the last minute to help. I was triaged and seen very quickly, the Doctor I saw was sympathetic and understanding, most importantly prescribing me the medication I required to resolve the problem, which dispensary fulfilled quickly.

I would like to thank the partners and all the medical and administrative staff at Rothschild House Surgery for a practice that is second to none. My doctor booked a blood test for me on Wednesday 3rd. The results came through on my NHS App at 17:00 the same day. I spoke to your helpful receptionist via your ring-back service the following morning and saw my Doctor that evening face-to-face. A new prescription was issued and picked up the next day and contact was received confirming a hospital procedure after the long weekend. It could not be improved!

First visit as a new patient was genuinely impressed with the clean modern surgery. Reception & Dispensary Ladies are super helpful and friendly Dr was kind, caring, and genuinely wanted to help me. I was very happy we made the move to this practice thank you very much

Very pleased with our new doctor very efficient and generally very happy with service other than a long wait on phone when booking appointment and unless you insist a long wait time for appointment but once you get to see our doctor very professional.

Ron, Thank you for your review, it is most appreciated. Over the last few weeks we have had some staff illnesses that has meant less staff answering calls. Our free callback function means that patients don't have to wait on the phone. We also like to inform patients that their call receives the same medical priority for an appointment no matter what time they call - there is no need to phone at 8am. 83% of appointments are currently provided within 2 weeks and we aim to improve this further. Each patient is assigned to a specific GP, and unless urgent their appoint will be with that GP - this ensures continuity of care, which is proven to improve patient health outcomes. As you will appreciate sometimes this may mean a slightly longer wait for an appointment, but the benefits of being seen by the same GP far outweigh a slightly longer wait. Any issue with a medical need to be seen the same day or within a few days - will be. Kind regards, Steve Sharpe Practice Manager
