    Got told there were no notes on my page from the Dr regarding a face to face appointment so couldn't have one. Tried all week but nothing available. Went back next week to be told no appointments available then looked on my page and there was a note from Dr advising a face to face witch was done 3 / 4 weeks ago. Suddenly there are two appointments available. ?

    As a young adult who is fairly new to doctors appointments alone i was appalled at the behaviour and attitude of the reception staff. I approached the receptionist looking for some advice but received a disgusting attitude instead. Rolling eyes, huffing and puffing at me without any care at all really. Rushden Medical Centres website includes an about me page which contains their Philosophy section stating “ Rushden Medical Centre strives to maintain an environment which is welcoming, caring and accessible to all our patients. We aim to treat all our patients fairly and equally, with dignity and respect.”Of which i did not feel welcomed, cared for. Or that i was treated with fairness and respect.

    When ever you called they never give you satisfactory reply to your answer. I called 8 Am in the morning since 60 days, the lady answer the phone she put the phone down at me after listening my non-eng accent with out having my details then I had to go back in the queue. I had only 1 appointment in last 6 (Six) years just because these unblevable staff. Once they gave me an appointment after a week that to not in my surgery, and itsv 7:39 pm some other surgery. No explanation what so ever. If they are so busy then why they are taking new patients. Old staff was really good . Now I am on a stage where I am leaving this surgery answer I know all three surgeris come together. It's means you cannot my Patients and I cannot take yours. This agreement creates lot of problems for the patients. I am going to there advise ' if you need an amergency ' go the hospital. So I decided to the hospital. If you people can do some thing about this honourable staff then I really appreciate your effort. .. thanks

    I have had many experiences with adnitt road, and in my personal opinion, usually positive. Today I have experienced a wonderful receptionist's/ admin lady over the phone, S was very understanding and friendly also. She is a credit to the team, I hope all patients share my positivity around an individual and not a system x

    Visited for urgent first appointment after registering as i was new in the area this was after a call with 111 who advised an urgent appointment and checked this was offered with the practice i have an extremely severe long term injury which effects my walking i arrived at 8:30am asked for an appointment as this is a service they offer as advised on there website and services i was told without a phone no appointment is possible to book for that day and any day in the future receptionist extremely rude and uncompassionate her last words were register with another practice and turned me away

    About 3 month ago i could not get any insulin as the type i was using was unavailable the pharmacy kept calling the surgery to tell them and ask for alternative but they kept issuing the same medication untill i got in tuch and they then issued the correct medicine by this time i had been without insulin for two days but at least going forward i thought i was sorted until today and again they have issued the unavailable medication so i have been trying to call them all day since 11 am it is now 16.30 i got a text saying i missed my call back but if I had a call i would have thought it would at least show on my iPhone so now i am still trying to get the correct insulin again and I guess it will be another trip to the sugary o well its easier for them I guess and i still have no idea if i will get any insulin before xmas you can only laugh at the inadequacy

    Able to access the same Doctor for a succession of appointments. Support , guidance, need for investigation explained. Blood tests to support Drs investigations easily & promptly given. Follow up texts from the Doctor given.

    Diagnosed at 51 with ostio-arthritis by a receiving a hub appointment after trying to get to see or speak to Dr for over 6 months. Fab response from hub. Amazing... Got blood test next day and xray within a week... Last Year! Still awaiting to "see" a Dr. Managed 2 call appointments for pain relief and referrals. 1st referral still awaiting appointment, when chased call saying Next Summer 2024 to be seen. 2nd referral for more urgent queue rejected as medical centre didn't send covering details info just a tick form.. Now been in a&e at weekend ended up with Morphine to stem pain. Told go back to Dr for injection in hip. Next available appointment {actually managed to get via app} is in a week via telephone! Still awaiting phone back after over an hour from call. Again I know there will be No appointments available! What a Joke! How they are going inject via phone I don't know! And why should I have to wait a week for the phone call? Hospital found it amazing that we can not move doctors surgery and are stuck with the reported number one worst surgery in Northamptonshire. Things have drastically got to change at this surgery!!!

    Never ring the surgery unless needed. Rung at 8am, in queue of 20 callers, spoke to receptionist close to hour later. No face to face appointments left. After having a baby 7 days previously struggling and having a severe allergic reaction to anti-biotics with hives covering my body I was given a phone call appointment. No time given. On NHS app 3pm was the given time. Doctor rang at 5.20pm. Doctor was fantastic but said I needed an urgent prescription. My pharmacy closed at 5.30pm so agreed I couldn't get it. Had to ring 111 twice over the night who were more helpful. Very upset that I could not be seen when so close after having a baby including surgery (not c section). Struggled to look after my newborn and myself. I was given strong steroids despite not being seen or mental health support. I pretty much self-diagnosed and this was just accepted. Unsatisfactory.

    Had recently been discharged from hospital and gp had been asked to monitor my kidney function. Attended appointment with practitioner who seemed to minimise my symptoms. When asked if I should have a blood test that day I was told no appointments left and come back next day. Later same day was sent by my oncologist to A&E and admitted to KGH.
