Took care of me when running late the doctor also got the nurse to do my blood test there and then didn’t have to wait to long

On Friday 26.5.23 I had a phone consultation for 9.50. I allowed 25 minutes then I had to take calls from work I work full time. I was most disappointed no call then I had a voice message from the doctor asking me to contact the surgery so I called them straight away whilst in the queue 6 minutes later whilst on hold to contact the surgery I get a further voice message I never stopped to listern to it I then spoke to the lovely lady on reception. And advised her what was said she replied they were having technical issues. I asked her to put on my notes I missed a call but it was after 25 minutes of the given slotted time. And I then asked her to put that aswell as know I have a further voice message. Alot if the frustration my end was the doctor should have left a voice message initially saying missed call will try again in 5 minutes that would have avoided me calling the surgery as advised and missing a follow up call which I was not advised if only to call the surgery. Just hope this feedback is recognised to make the service even more fruitful. As at the end of this I still have no follow up appointment and still do not know my results. The surgery is good but attention required to this process. Take care thank you for your hard work to all the team. Kindest regards Wendy

Went along for a shingles jab …the reception staff put you at ease as soon as you arrive.. Also the nurse who administered the injection.. was very thorough…checked my prescriptions for reactions and had to find me one that was clear to take…she explained everything very clearly with a friendly disposition… she made a not so nice appointment into one that made me feel reassured and not hurried … it’s the second visit and I was impressed with this nurse ..and she cares about her patients…I do like my GP practice overall…

I went for shingles vaccination. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nurse was efficient and knowledgeable

the staff are friendly and reliable and keep you informed about appointments and when we move to the new improved surgery it will be better and its still nearby
