The experience is ok, the staff is very welcoming, good treatment conditions, the appointment times of the consultations are respected, the results of the analyzes are communicated by the doctor, and treatments are recommended if needed.

I had gone to get a smear test done, the nurse in charge was very patient helpful and reassuring. She explained the process in full detail.

It was helpful and make me so comfortable. They gave me good time and maintain privacy. Which I like it most. I never had any problem with this surgery.

One would have hoped that since we have come out the pandemic that our Gps would have clearly moved forward like the rest of us have had to. But no we are left with the receptionist deciding if we require an appointment understandably they are pushed for time so prone to mistakes or we are having to rely on 111 or a&e. I have to wonder why the new surgery is being built ! it won’t be so they can see more patients that’s for sure.

It was okay, GP could've tried to be more attentive and seem like they're listening. They could've tried to give me treatment options etc.

I was informed via text and on patient access app that the GP would ring me at 09.50, he rang at 09.34 hence I missed the call. GP sent text informing me that I need repeat urine and blood test. Rang surgery straight back to be informed that due to me having missed the call the GP could not ring me back stating that whoever had sent me the time should have given me a timeframe not an exact time. Appointment then made for repeat blood test.

I was booked for an appointment on 24th of April and was really impressed with the attitude of the staff that attended to me. She was quite welcoming, friendly and meticulous with her work. No time wasting , No offensive words, and she was quite thorough in assessing me. I really appreciate her effort. Have forgotten her name. The reception crew are wonderful too. I recommend the centre for anyone that wants to use it.
