Had a telephone appointment booked by receptionist following some test results. I was hoping GP would have a plan and explain what was going to happen. When I received the call GP was not the one that I initially had contact with. It was another GP belonging to the same Health centre but they had no idea why the appointment was booked And nothing to convey to me. What a poor service!

They are prompt in their response to children. They promised to call back and get my son available time slot. They kept to their word and the Doctor attended to us quite well.

Called up, phone answered promptly and politely. Appointment offered without much of a wait. I would recommend.

Got through the phone line very easy at 8am and got an appointment straight away and got all medication needed the same day

Second visit, the team were friendly and approachable - from the receptionist to the nurse that looked after me. Thank you for a pleasant service.

Sign in is easy, plenty of seats overall very efficient,,and decent parking spaces. Would recommend I had a doctor's appointment and I didn't have to wait, I checked in and was called straight away

I had general check up yesterday. The Doctor I saw was very professional and friendly. They also have friendly and welcoming staff at reception . Would recommend this GP

I had a great experience with my GP. I called the GP about some pains i was experiencing in my arm, and i was booked to see the doctor after which i was booked for a blood test. I went in for the test and in 2 days time i was called by d doctor to share the results with me. The test came in very fast and i got to know the cause of my pain. Am very glad the result came in earlier than one week i was told it will be out.
