Parking, check in and my consultation was very easy. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very bubbly.

A very professional experience. The GP was kind and attentive. Took all necessary vital signs and procedures, made valuable insights, granted good audience and listened properly to all questions given. A properly sanitized environment and warm reception. Time conscious and adherence to professional standards.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The new site looks great too. I felt at ease throughout my appointment and kept up to date via messages leading up to my appointment so that I didn’t forget the date or time.

Went following results of a 3 day heart monitor which had lots of information which I didn't understand and asked to explain and just said its OK just fast a little. Hospital said to take 2.5mg beta blockers which was prescribed. Asked about the meds and told nothing I needed to know. Once I got tablets read leaflet and says to start and 1.25mg and build up to the required levels. Avoid ibrofen and if new to.meds should be monitored closely to begin with all.of which I didn't get any further information. Not happy with the doctor

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The GP has excellent communication skills and was able to provide appropriate support and medication. I would highly recommend the GP as he provided high quality care for patients. I was pleased with the car parking arrangement.

Rang at 8am had an appointment for 9.30 saw the doctor who was Friendly and professional. Listened to me and arranged for a scan. Surgery is clean and tidy and reception staff are friendly.

Told by GP I had ,Had an heart attack and told to wait and see a cardiologist, I didn't wait, went straight to the Manor Hospital and was advised I'd never had a heart attack after tests!
