Every time I have an appointment with the regular doctor it’s always rushed I waited four weeks for the telephone consultation appointment to discuss my results the phone call lasted 3 minutes 14 seconds The phone call was rushed I didn’t feel I could asked any questions She just kept talking in her jargon. And not explain the result’s in plain English I’m not a doctor I don’t understand medical terminology I always have the same bad experience with this particular doctor And try to avoid booking an appointment with them

Dear patient I am sorry that you were not happy with the consultation with our GP, if you would like to contact the surgery and speak to the Practice Manager we can discuss this further and investigate and/or answer any questions you may have, otherwise if you would like to speak to another clinician regarding your results we can arrange this for you through reception. Every receptionist I’ve spoken to has been so lovely and kindhearted, it really feels as if they want the best for me. The nurse I went to see was so lovely and sweet, she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything that she was doing at every point in time. Some of the doctors were a little bit short/the usual you would expect, but it was jarring when compared to how lovely everyone else is. Overall, very clean, very quick, very keen to help, and very lovely people.

Came in for a antenatal appointment. My midwife was thorough and happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I had a pleasant experience with her.

Receptionist was polite and friendly. Parking is easy which can be very traumatic at some surgeries . I didn’t have to wait long at all. The nurse explained everything clearly.

At saddled center, Admin staff are good. The doctor is average. Could show that care more for her patients. I had a problem I am bliging a lot and the doctor only give me 10 pills which is not enough. and say this is normal. I asked for a scan and she said no. I still blinding. Pills are not doing much, are not stopping the blinding and I feel she care less about my health.

The new building is very comfortable light and very organised the staff at the saddlers are very helpful and polite I have always found the staff really nice I had a problem with my ear it was blocked the nurse I had an appointment with the nurse to syringe it she sorted it out for me.

Unable to get through on the phone when visited the surgery I was told can't book appointment I have to phone!catch 22!

Dear Simon, thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I am sorry that you were unable to get through on our phone lines. Unfortunately our phone lines are very busy especially first thing in the morning, if your request for an appointment is non urgent you can use our on line service tool accurex by visiting our website www.thesaddlershealthcentre.co.uk. We do have on the day appointments, pre-bookable appointments up to 6 weeks in advanced with most of our clinicians, you can also walk into surgery to request an appointment. We do ask that if your appointment is request is urgent you contact the surgery either by phone or walking into surgery the same day at 8am. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the surgery and speak to the practice manager. Kind Regards
