From beginning to end, it was a pleasant experience. Checking in for appointment, the nurse was courteous and explained everything. This is my second experience attending the practice as I recently registered as a new patient. I was reluctant to change my practice, but My fears have been alleviated. There was nothing to worry about. So pleased.

Took time , but staff apologised . I arrived on time and i did self check in . I waited for about 30 minutes before my name was called. But as soon as i entered i met a sister who was very friendly. She apologised for time i waited . I loved being around her . Very welcoming

There is so many problems with this doctors and when it comes to requesting support it isn’t given , to be informed by a doctor for a mental health appointment don’t come in I’ll phone you , phone call takes place and you are still refused any medication during a crisis you have to await days of emails. I’ve had to be the middle person sorting there issues out multiple times with no apologies

After rescheduled my kids appointment and got appointments after 1 and half month the appointment was wrongly booked with a wrong nurse. The team should have known this before booking. I hope this error don't get repeated.

Had a telephone consultation as per usual Doctor was attentive and made consultation easy quick addressed concerns and recommendations for action. A role model still shining a light, how GP's used to be.

I had a great experience with the HCA at my recent well person review. My appointment was on time. My questions answered. HCA in my opinion was professional and extremely competent.

Saddlers Health Centre GP has been nothing short of amazing to me, the biggest surprise to me was customer service I receive from the receptionists every time I’ve called or been there!, We all know the stereotype and they’re the first practice I’ve ever been to that have been so kind, welcoming, respectful and don’t make you feel anxious for turning up. The doctors and nurses have also been so helpful to me and made me feel at ease visit and have taken me seriously which is so important to me. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone there!

get a response to messages very quickly, I get a call on the phone because I can't travel due to problems, very kind nurses, experienced doctors, the test results came in a very short time and I was informed very quickly. An excellent team At the reception you get a very quick response to what you need, kind ladies, you are treated with respect.
