Flu vaccination this morning which was given by GP - just wish it was as easy to get face to face appointment with GP when you ring up

Had flu jab on 8th October, fast efficient service, very impressed. The reception staff are always helpful and understanding, and the doctors I have seen are really reassuring.

Just had Flu jab which was administered fast and on time, just wish you could book an appointment on line again as impossible to get through on phone.

Had flu vaccination this morning, incredibly quick and efficient - very friendly staff. Also had pneumonia vaccination recently - equally giid experience

I was in for a flu jab,the one way system worked very well and quickly in and out and was booked online with ease, like others wish the day to day surgery was as easy to access

Great service waited no more than 2 minutes and my partner who is terrified of needles was put at her ease by considerate staff.

So stressful just trying to make an appointment. Always on hold for to speak to reception for over 1.5 hours. when you do get through they want to speak to you over the phone, send in photos. With my son they ended up referring us to A&E which was a waste of their time, as it could have been avoided if the GP just took the time to actual see him directly.

Very efficient service - signed up to gp on-line services and very pleased with how quickly this was set up. Received text to make a flu appointment and it was so easy to book via the online service. Thank you
