Was seen by a nurse who was very nice and helpful, sent for an x-ray which diagnosed 2 broken fingers. Great service. Thank you.

on the 02/07/2024 my carer called the doctors due to me having a bad cough which had been keeping me awake for the last few days she was informed no appointments could be given and suggested go to the walk in centre in fleetwood which we did having discussed with a very polite receptionst i was given an appointment with some one to examine me i was shouted to go to room 5 while this person was still talking to one of her colleagues stating she would be in shortly it appeared that i was an inconveince cutting short her conversation eventually she came into the room with a curt attitude towards me and my carer i explained to her that i was a retired staff nurse sadly with a multitude of age related problems including diabetes my carer was cut short when she tried to explain obviously this individual had no people skills or time for older people definitly needs retraining in these areas

I went in with chest and upper back pain went to the reception desk got told to take a seat waited there for nearly 3 hours didn't get seen.

I asked for an appointemnt today for a minor issue. The lady I dealt with on the telephone was pleasant and helpful. I was given an appointment for that same afternoon and only had a 10 minute wait to be seen. The receptionist had a pleasant manner and asked me to wait. The nurse I saw was friendly, professional and reassuring and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. Thank you!!

Hi I've just attended the walk in at Fleetwood Dock Street to have my dressing changed. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the nurses and reception staff for being great. I was seen promptly and given advice to put my mind at rest. Thanks again you are amazing.

Visited today following advice from a local pharmacist. After a lengthy wait, which is understandable, I was seen by 2 nurses or nurse practitioner. One of them took the time to introduce themselves to me while the other sat at her desk not moving away from her screen. I explained my problem and that I had been advised by pharmacist to visit as I may have had a reaction to something and may have needed antibiotics and that I was unable to move my arm fully and was in tremendous pain. I advised I had found a spot/lump where the pain seemed to be radiating from. One of them took the time to look at it but the other didn't even examine it or touch it telling me it wasn't that and asked "what did I expect from today" now it would be nice if they had a magic wand and could get rid of the problem immediately but I'm not that naive. I simply wanted to understand what the problem was and expressed my concern at my inability to move my arm properly and the pain. To be told by the one who couldn't be bothered to examine me that they couldn't do anything as there was no blunt trauma and I needed to see my GP. I tried to ask questions but got nothing from her. Found her rude and dismissive I wouldn't have gone and taken up her time if wasn't in so much pain and had not been advised to by another professional. The manner of this one individual spoiled my opinion of the rest of the staff who have a thankless task! You may have just been having a bad day but remember other people are anxious and worried which is the reason they are coming to you, leave it at the door and dont take your mood out on them!

My daughter needed a blood test and we came down to this walk-in centre. The lady behind the desk was very helpful and organised everything. We only waited 5-10 minutes and the nurse was really great with my nervous daughter. I can pick my results up in less than 24 hours! Also there was free parking.

I recently had to have a foreign body (part of my hearing aid) removed from my ear. This was done quickly and efficiently by the nurse, without any appointment much to my relief. Thank you.

I had to take wife to Fleetwood urgent care on 5th November 2023 we went to reception and really good receptionist told us what to do and to fill tablet questionnaire in which we did a bit of a waiting time as s bit busy then saw first nurse who looked at lump on wife under arm prescribed antibiotics got prescription then next nurse in dressing section who dressed lump the went to Asda to get prescription and a bit of a treat for each of the 3 fantastic ladies for all their help today please can you make sure you thank all 3 for the excellent service and treatment today thanking you

Phoned for appointment 9-45 am. to have a post op dressing to be reapplied, given one for 10-15 am that morning , arrived 10-05, seen , dressings applied and was leaving by 10-35 am {10/10} all staff from the receptionist and nursing staff were brilliant, friendly polite and professional. they are a credit to the centre. I felt it was only right to give praise were it was well deserved
